We requested airport ride at the front desk and cab was 45 minutes delayed and we missed the flight and ended up buying new tickets at the counter from a different airline.

All five starts to the Hotel. I love everything about the and place around. There is nothing that I do not like in it.

The stay at Temple Tree was peaceful and up to the mark. Friendly and hard working staff, Good Hygiene, Excellent food made by amazing chef, lively and peaceful ambience made the stay more comfortable.

Beds are to small for an family with one kid , when checking out found 2 cockroaches which disappointed it

The bathroom had no hot water and had to make several calls to the front desk to get some to come and fix the issue. Sadly, they were unable to, and our room was changed but we faced the same problem in the new room. With only the hot water running, the water temperature was 37 degrees Celsius at 1600 and much colder in the evening and early morning (as the use solar power to heat the water. View from the room was a barren field. The hotel promotes itself as a 5 star but is closer to a 3 star. No hot water in a 5-star hotel? Newly renovated? - I doubt it. Attached pictures will speak for them self.

Food was good at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant were polite and eager to assist. The maintenance staff that reported to our room to fix an issue, tried really hard to fix our issue. The hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the main temple.

Hotel Rooms though written recently renovated bathrooms & rooms were seen roughly finished with toilet accessories leaking can’t compare to 5 or 4 star. Further improvements is must to match with food comments we gave

Breakfast was too good beyond expectations in such a township like Shirdi surprisingly all to be veg from cakes to pan cake to food. Hat’s off to staff who served us specially Aditi & Arvind👌

Location was calm and quiet. Pool side area was the best both evening and morning. A grand breakfast with a lot of varieties of vegetarian and vegan options fresh cold press vegetable juices and fruits. Brewed coffee machine. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good rooms with large size bathroom and hot water. Free transfer to Sai mandir 24 hours in permium cars. Good guidance from the drivers about the pickup point and drop-off also about the temple timings and ways to enter and exit.

Lunch . Bfast were not value for money . Some of the front end receptionist were not professional . The photos uploaded on Booking . Com Are quite confusing and doesnt show which type of room has single bed/ double bed/ selerate beds!

1. Electrical plug points were not working; called maintenance, and it was fixed. 2. Hot water was not available in the evening; called maintenance, and it was fixed. 3. During the night, unable to change the AC temperature. I was very sleepy, so I didn't call maintenance and adjusted with the temperature. 4. The next morning, hot water was not available again; called maintenance, waited for a long time, and ended up taking a cold shower as I had an appointment. (It was winter.)

The location of the Property is simply amazing. The fields in front of the room windows look so so nice. The hotel staff Mahesh, Anagha , Chandrakant , Nikhilesh to name a few ensures we had every bit of a comfortable visit to Shirdi. The food too was delicious.
