This stay is nestled in a quiet neighborhood right off the main road. Don't follow maps, instead take the turn which has the name of the homestay written on the wall. Ibaiada Aunty is an excellent host and it shows in the way the rooms are kept. Fresh sheets, blankets, a spacious bathroom, hot shower with the right pressure and temperature and all these only come second to the cleanliness which is the first thing you notice. The bed is comfortable enough, for me personally.. it's not super hard but if you're expecting to sink into it, you won't. If you're travelling by yourself and getting to Police bazaar is a concern, you can just stay here and use bike taxis via Rapido. You also get good wifi, a smart TV, towel, toilet paper and soap all properly placed. Also, bedside chargers and lights. Honestly, you don't need to think twice before booking this, go for it! I decided to stay here for 2 more days when I usually shift between accommodations if I'm in the same city.

Felt a bit cold in the room but that's the weather's fault. 🥶

Everything was good. The owner was very nice and friendly. She brought us breakfast to our room when we wanted. She was cooperative and tells you things about locals and helps you find local stuff from shillong. Her rooms are very neat and clean and we felt very comfortable. I don't have anything bad to say about the stay.

there is no option for food. like lunch dinner breakfast, nothing is available. you have to buy from outside. even water bottle also. this is a residential house, owner stays in 1st floor.

Liked the property. Very neat and clean. The owner is super nice and friendly. She also gave us breakfast. We are so happy to stay there. The biggest plus point is it's super clean. I liked the washroom. Very big.

There is an small uphill to the homestay of just about 2-3 minutes which is fine.

The owner was quite nice and kind. Informative as well. The number of the vehicle rental in the room was extremely helpful as well.

It was a lovely stay. Very clean rooms and a beautiful property. Aunty is so nice and a very good host. Check prior reg parking if you have a SUV. Overall very good experience and highly recommend !

Wish that the host could include some bathroom accessories ( soap, toothbrush, etc).

Its a homestay so its got the warmth, garden which has some really beautiful flowers. The host ( Aunty) was supportive and was available for all concerns. The room was clean and also the bathrooms were spick and span. For solo & budget travelers this place is like super good.

Lane walking upto the main road was somewhat steep but manageable .

The location, a lil interior with poor access road, it's a steep climb at places with luggage it was difficult. The beds were ruffled- thought someone stayed and it was not cleaned, Out of the twin bed one of the bedsheets were torn. There was a big pillar in the middle of the bathroom obstructing and taking space. Door locks are hard to close.

The owner - Aunty was very nice, friendly and Accomodative. Bathroom fittings are from Jaguar and clean.

They should have included breakfast atleast as there were very limited options available in the mornings . most of the restaurents open late in the afternoon

Everything was so good especially the behaviour of the owner who was an old lady😌 she greeted us so well. And it is worth spending there.
