Master bedroom bedsheet and bathroom hand towel was not clean. We asked the caretaker Ram to provide the new bed sheet which he did promptly.

AC remote wasn't working properly. Bed linen could be better.

Location of this property is awesome. Amazing view of the lake which is bang opposite the apartment. We stayed at Lavasa Vintage with Jacuzzi..the furniture is very tastefully selected..property was clean. The only problem was the AC remote not working in one of the bedrooms. However, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very calm and peaceful. Would recommend this for a family holiday.

I didn't like the fact that Lavasa's power was cut off by the govt. There were no street lights, no lift, etc. Although our host made full arrangements to ensure that we had a constant supply of all basic amenities, we essentially could not step out once the sun went down. This restaurants around are also barely operating, and thus we had just a few, passable food choices available to us. However, the beauty and serenity of the place, and the watersports made the trip worthwhile

The property is even more beautiful in person than what it looks like in the photos! The host is very helpful and made more than reasonable arrangements to make our stay fuss-free and fun. The location is so beautiful - Lavasa does look like the Italian city it is supposed to, and the water sports, the views, the charming architecture all adds to the experience. The food and the view from the Vyanjan restaurant (10 min drive from this property) was one of the highlights as well

There is no power

No Break fast, Location wise superb. But there is no power when were stay in the room

Just 2 points that I would like to mention specifically: 1. While booking it mentioned "breakfast - vegetarian". But in reality no breakfast is provided. 2. Although its not specifically mentioned anywhere in facilities - the photographs may lead you to believe that the Jacuzzi is available for all - but it is not - it is for a particular apartment I think.

Liked everything about the apartment. Its tastefully decorated (could do with some maintenance though - settee/sofa needs repairs), rooms are nice & spacious...but what beats everything is the views from the balcony - AMAZING! We reached late evening & so could not see much on that day. But when I woke up in the morning at around 6...the view was breathtaking!

I booked the room because it had Jacuzzi but it was not working well and had cold water....The staff was helpful ..somehow after lots of efforts he filled up the Jacuzzi with hot water.... please ensure there is large heater to fill the up the Jacuzzi quickly

Property is like an abandoned flat (like Lavasa feels like an abandoned town), with furniture, mattress, upholstery etc. not been changed in years and some of them not very clean also. Old musty smell everywhere. Wifi was not working for some reason. Some street dogs came inside the apartment block and right up to the door of the apartment. Overall, a tad underwhelming and not value for money.

This is an private apartment (not a guest house/ holiday home) in Lavasa right next to the lake, so the location and view were amazing (which is pretty much the only good thing about this place). Caretaker was prompt with check-in and check-out.

There are no good restaurants nearby. Site is almost deserted. No activities around to do. Lot of cockroaches. Dog n cat hogging the outside sofa. No jet spray in the washrooms.

Property is at prime location, well maintained and staff is friendly. All and all great stay place for family if you are visiting lavasa. Ram who was caretaker of property is very prompt and quick with his duties and support to guest.

Most of the restaurants below were closed which was a bit of a dampener but of course, that had nothing to do with our stay. Due to Covid we understand that a lot of restaurants had to shut down but would have been great if more options were available.

The view was mesmerising. The rooms were huge and the interiors were tastefully done. We were sad that we had booked only for one day and would have loved to stay longer. We were just 4 of us but this apartment can easily accommodate 6-7 people. The halls and rooms were spacious and this place is complete value for money. Am glad we didn't go by some negative feedback here, I definitely will recommend this place.
