Over-priced - Slow Service and very lethargic and lax staff. They need better staff in their one and only restaurant. This kind of staff creates a bad impression about the property

Location Next to the best party place hub of Gurgaon. Plenty choice to eat outside. Ample parking. Very lively outside - just like Walking Street of Thailand

For the price I would have expected the shower to have more pressure and clean. The food was ok and expensive.

The Check in formalities could be shortened. The choice of restaurants at the property could be more. There could be some complimentary refreshments and snacks kept in the room. The room could have some stationary also for quick notes.

Liked the Location and Proximity to the Best party place in town. It has a massive parking place right in front of the property. The check in and access is quick and convenient. The hotel has a descent eatery/ coffee shop.

Hotel is extremely dirty and There is mold everywhere in the hotel. A heavy odour comes from the mold.

Very bad maintenance of rooms and bathrooms. Staff are highly unfriendly and lazy . Extremely poor room service. Room service related cleanliness is very bad.. in room dining order taking is horrible...repeated 5 times and still got it wrong

cleaning was not proper, there was no toiletries provided. Even after giving feed back it was not refilled. Charges on service were levied extra.

the front desk staff can barely speak in English. Not cordial. Their supervisor is never available. inside the room the bathroom is filthy. I have taken several photos. The bathroom mirror is placed at a wired place (not under the ceiling light); you see half of your face in the light. If you want to shave, Good Luck!! As for Dinner, you get only pasta as an available Western food, prepared without mushroom, bell peppers, garlic, and most of all grated cheese!! other than that, you don’t get any Western Food for Dinner. Breakfast is just okay; again, 90% of food items are INDIAN. Another horrific thing they did - they charged me 12% Service Charge + 18% GST on that. It came to about ₹ 1,900. They did that without letting me about it when my wife and I checked in. THAT’S A BIG NO….they cannot do it without letting the hotel guests know. I declined to pay that Additional Amount!

Behaviour of Manager, he helped to take the payment, but without checking he demand me to return in to the hotel and then he checked whether the funds are in and confirmed. It was bit embrassing in front of my British guest who I took all the way to show India. They got worried and panicked the way I was called in....

breakfast was included when I booked, upon arrival they charged me and it's not worth it - location is good but -- service charge is optional but they forced me to pay and after checkout and payment and when I was getting in cab, the receptionist ran to me and in front of my other workers asked that I am leaving without paying. Quite embrassing. When I went inside the manager said you didn't pay. I requested to check their account and the money was there. I told them why dont you check before calling guest when they out in car. very disappointing

While having breakfast i was told that charges are extra for breakfast. I had to get up in the middle of breakfast and check with reception. There was no update. Later they confirmed that my stay is inclusive of breakfast. Time and again for multiple reason they kept asking for extra charges it was extremely annoying.

I have specifically requested for queen bed at the time of booking but when room was allotted to me it had 2 single beds, when I raised concern with reception I was told that queen bed is available in smoking zone area only so I had no option but to stay in smoking zone only which was not at all comfortable.
