Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Statesthe entrance of the hotel is a trashy wooden door. it has no elevators. none of this is mentioned in the listing. it’s a hotel where people perhaps go for one night stands
nothing to like about thins dingy hotel in a hard to reach place. if you have luggage it is nearly impossible to reach the hotel at times

IndiaIt's not worth it at all. Also do whatever you can buy at the end they gonna take 1500 rupees from you and apply various charges.. Plus lights in the room looks way shady.. As well as there is not parking area.. you have to walk from the parking and parking will be chargeable 50-/hr. I've been too serval hostels but this place only look fancy in pictures... Go to other hostel as per there price it's just 5% out of the whole amount you gonna pay..
Only the breakfast was amazing...

GermanyI freezed for 1 night because the rooms are not heated (room temperature - 15 degrees celsius). The bed sheets were not new and there were stains on the towels. Floor and corners had not been cleaned properly. On top, the place is located in a quite trafficked area and the corridor is open. The noise from the street is very strong and starts from 6AM making it difficult to sleep. A true disaster. I checked out after 1 night.
The price is more affordable than other options in the area. The staff is trying to make their best to cover for the (many) issues of this hostel.

We were positively surprised when we opened the door to the poshtel. Noor was super helpful and kind on our arrival. They have a very affordable and delicious restaurant on the first floor. Amet was very enthusiastic about everything in regards to food and drinks. Room was great, nothing to dislike. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

United KingdomI couldn't locate the property! At 4:00 am after my flight landed late from London. I waited with my cab driver for over half an hour trying to find it, there is no sign or board for the hotel in the area. I called the property and no one answered my call. They charged me the full amount before I landed and didn't share any information, will dispute it now. Do not waste your time by booking this.

GermanyWe were very disappointed with our stay at the LetsBunk Hotel. We hesitated a lot to book it because we found it very expensive (+ 110€ per night) for New Delhi and for the few services that the hotel offered but we fell in love with good marketing and the beautiful pictures. We were very disenchanted by our stay. The hotel is the cheap version of the pictures. - The staff did not speak English very well and got angry at us when mistakes were made .... - The room was VERY damp and therefore very cold. The condensation on the windows made it a permanent puddle. - The breakfast was the bare minimum We could have accepted all this if the hotel had not been so expensive. After looking at other hotels, we realized that many hotels in New Delhi offer the same rates ... with all the services of a 5 star hotel .... Work must be done to improve the ventilation of the rooms. The price must clearly be lowered to reflect the reality of the accommodation.

BrazilWe stayed at Lets Bunk Poshtel Suites in Hauz Khas. The hotel has a fancy and cool "western hostel decoration". Breakfast was good with a small buffet and extra personalized options by request. The staff was friendly and the location in the Hauz Khas village, full of many cool restaurants and cafés, and just 10 minutes from the metro station by autorickshaw, makes it a perfect option, specially for those who have been to Delhi before, like us, and who are looking for a more local flavor. I think we had the best room on the 5th floor at the roof of the building. For us(50+), it was the perfect place, although for some people it can be a problem without a lift! Also it was perfect in the winter but I should not advise to stay there in the hot months, although the room has air conditioning and fan ceiling, it seems to be an "oven" since it is a metal-cement structural construction at there is no shade in the roof terrace. But in winter it was the perfect nest!

ArmeniaPhotos do not correspond to reality. In the photos everything is perfect, in fact it was dirty, uncomfortable and of poor quality. The room was terribly cold, hot water flowed for a couple of minutes. Those were the worst days, we left the hotel dirty and with a cold.
Friendly staff. Especially the girl at the reception (Noor).

MyanmarThe dirtiness, shabbiness, dampness of the room: the shower hadn't been cleaned, fixtures were broken, toilet was leaking, sheets were dirty, room smelly, it was really cold, the surfaces were dusty or sticky, and the room was generally extremely in an extremely sad state that didn't match its online presentation. The entrance alleyway was being repaired so no tuktuks or cars could enter - it didn't feel particularly safe walking down with suitcases at night. The hotel could warn guests about this beforehand. We booked for 3 nights but were so uncomfortable that we checked out after the first night - staff were polite enough but unhelpful and refused to give a refund for the 2 nights we didn't spend there, in spite of evidence of how dirty the rooms were.
Nice cafes and restaurants in the area.

IndiaHot water supply was serious problem (stoped during a use, 2h to recover. Different staff said different things. Small capacity doesn't allow continuous use during a use and then 15 min interval needed for next use. Isolation is weak (wall and bedclothes are thin, cold in Dec). The small street is not very nice during night. Preparation of dinner took time (30min to serve).
Wide space. Staff was welcoming us and communicative. Trying to do something new and better with affordable price.

ItalyOur rooms were not ready at the check-in time. The Queen and single rooms don’t have any natural light, but only a window facing the main corridor which also impact your privacy. During our stay the rooms were very humid and smelly. Blankets were not clean and nobody came to clean the rooms. The people working there were a bit too insistent and it felt like they wanted to charge us for additional services. The included breakfast was very basic.
The terrace was really nice, from there you can see the forest surrounding the neighbourhood. Also the location with the park very close by and the many restaurants in Hauz Khas. The size of the King rooms is nice and they have lot of natural light.

United KingdomThe hotel room stunk of smoke. The shower and the sinks faucets and water streams became electrically charged and electrocuted us when we turned the boiler on, which we were told to do to get ‘hot water’. The water was still cold and obviously unsafe to use so we had freezing cold showers.
Location was good

United Statesthe property has not been maintained well. we had the premier room and there was a hole in one wall, the shower did not drain, window curtains were partly detached from the curtain rod and at one point we had no water. Some staff was friendly but others were indifferent. Even ordering a airport transfers were a challenge with one pick-up going to the wrong terminal even though our info has clear information about the terminal where we were arriving and at another point a taxi for the airport - for which we pre-paid and arranged through the hotel never arrived. We had to push the hotel to make other arrangements and then these taxis the hotel wanted us to pay for even though we had pre-paid for the transport. overall - I would not stay here again.
it’s location - although it was hard to find - even for taxi drivers. Some staff was friendly- others indifferent
