Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The facilities will clean before you check in and will not clean untill you vacate the room, how many days you stay(stayed for 4 days and they staff didnt clean not even once.
Place is good with nice loaction. Points to choose the resort. 1. Its 2 bed room flats where you can have access to commaon room connected with your bed room. 2.Rooms are small and specifiaclly bath rooms are so conjusted. 3.you have good parking space 4. You have bit place for small game activity. 5. Secure stay and preferable for families aswell. 6. Budget friendly.

The price is a bit on the higher end.
The property is nice and even an SUV car can be parked easily with assistance. The beach is in walking distance, badminton court and racket, nice staff, clean rooms.

Bed was very hard so quite difficult to sleep No hot water in shower but it was very hot outside anyway so wasn’t needed.
The owner and staff were so nice, arranged a taxi to the airport when I checked out and let me leave my bags in a storage area for the day as my flight was in the evening. I was never up in time for breakfast but I was always offered it which was kind and the options looked great! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Location is great, in a nice quiet area but close to lots of restaurants and the beach.

Lane to the hotel from main road to the hotel.
B/f not taken as we left the hotel early in the morning and return became late. Require vallet parking and widening of the lane from main road to the hotel.

Individual rooms are too small for a family. Choose a larger room if possible. The property is hard to find and is accessible only through a very narrow road (anything larger than a compact sedan will find it hard, if not impossible to enter or exit the interior road).
Decent food of homemade quality at affordable rate available on premises. Responsive and helpful property manager. Close to beach. Affordable.

Though eateries are close by, the problem is reaching the hotel. If you have an SUV, then be careful as the road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and may result in car damage.

The shower was not working. Should be replaced. No hot water was available, atleast when I stayed. Otherwise all okay

The property is poorly maintained. The rooms switches are broken and one toilet seat was broken. While booking it was not clear, which floor we are getting, once reached the property only we knew it was ground floor; since the ground floor privacy is less and if you are with family it is not desirable.
Overall the experience was good. The host was extremely helpful and supporting and for that only reason it was worth.

No Restaurant at the hotel, Tea/Coffee is available on Demand. The approach road to the hotel is very narrow, and big vehicles cannot pass. Cars can go with caution. No Hot water is available as Solar water heaters are there, which hardly work. AC needs maintenance it makes noise & doesn't work in one of the rooms.
The staff was helpful. Naveen is a polite person and often tries to help.
