How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Verified reviewThe location is lovely just at a quiet part of the beach, no big party vibes or loud music as compared to Arambol.
Classic beach resort vibes where the the service guys are just playing on their phone all day, not really proactive with the client experience but definitely helpful when asked, a bit on the basic side in terms of accommodation and restaurant. The decorative signs on the wall in restaurant are just asking you to buy alcohol or coffee, so yea, that’s the vibe.

Verified reviewThe best thing about this property is the location, I can't think of anything better tbh. Right on the beach, great restaurants close by, very quiet. Breakfast was great - I always picked chana masala, omelette, fresh juice & coffee, but more options are available. Very helpful staff, organized laundry for me, always booked a taxi with a good price. Cheap prices in the onsite restaurant comparing to others in the area.

Verified reviewThank you for good time. We booked for a few days and changed our planes to stay here for a week. Good professional manager Suraj with his team are very welcoming and friendly. Beach best for swiming, no roks and no any poison animals in water. All was super safety and butifully in our stay. Room with good huge bed, with fridge and own shower with all the time good water preasure and very clean. Breakfast also was delicious.

Verified reviewThis is to bring to your kind attention that these people are duping visitors by showing 9.1 rating !!!! It was the most frustating experience of our life to come and stay here . There was no water in the taps and if it comes the pressure was too low that u need 1 hour to take ur bath, No cleanliness in the rooms , rooms were filled with dust , only one person who takes care of restaurant and if u need anything in ur room u have to go all the way from ur room to the kitchen to take , No room service and no phone in room , How can they put 4 star property when it is not even 2 star. Booking . Com is also not taking care of these things and give 9.1 superb rating without checking anything . Can’t expect this from such a big platform like booking . Com
