The 2 bedrooms apartment was with 1 bathroom (shower +toilet), inconvenietly ensuite in one of the bedroom. there is a separate common toilet only outside both bedroom. it is on 3rd floor without lift, but the staff are helpful. the entire apartment is not sound proof, luckily it is not on a busy street, but still you can hear the traffic and construction outside. check out time was early at 10am, so we have to pay extra to leave later.

the apartment was spacious, very clean with complete amenities. situated securely in a gated compound, on a quiet lane, off the main road. very short walk to the metro station, which is also conveniently connected to the mall. The lady who received us was very welcoming, we got helped with our luggages from Latif. appreciate that they kept the stairs very clean. Housekeeping (Latif & Bulbul) were very responsive. kitchen items were complete and fully accesible, with fridge, microwave and stove, kettle and toaster. Overall, this is place is a gem in Hyderabad. food/groceries delivery service delivers all the way to our door on 3rd floor.

In Booking.com the property is listed as 2 bathrooms with Showers whereas actually only one bathroom had bathing facility.

As the property is by the main road noise from outside traffic and the ongoing renovation work next door was a disturbance during my stay this time. Besides that I didn't find any flaws during my stay.

The bathroom is a bit cramped, but not too bad. Occasionally there is some noise from traffic outside, though it is on a relatively quiet street so not very frequent.

A lovely fully furnished flat with a great deal of attention to detail and tasteful, functional interiors. So much more spacious and comfortable to stay in than a typical hotel room, for a similar price. Very efficient process for check in, with all details shared in advance by text. Excellent option for introverts who like to minimise human interaction in such settings. Very convenient location a couple of minutes' walk to the Metro, and also walkable to Hussain Sagar and the lakeside park / foodcourts. Essentially about as good a place to stay as one could hope for as a traveller.

Spacious, Kitchen furnishing was complete so cooking was very very easy. Location wise worked best for us as we had AIG doctor's appointment.

Only point that the property didn't have good joints nearby for breakfast for people traveling on business tour and have limited time for Breakfast.

We were not told before booking that there is no lift. Very difficult to go 3 rd floor with elderly people or patients. U must inform before booking money is sent that u don't have lift.

A full sized mirror in the bedroom would have been a great addition.

The entire apartment was spotless. All the facilities were as mentioned in the description.They provided weekly cleaning and restocked the toiletries. The stay is just 200m from Irrum Manzil metro station, making our commute easier. We are extremely happy with the stay and their hospitality. Would prefer this again.
