Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Hotel location is great 👍
providing excellent support whenever needed. When we requested square pin sockets to charge our phones and laptops, as the ones available were rounded, the staff promptly bought a new multi-socket and provided it to us. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Very friendly staff

I am new to city and i called to receptionist he talk to very politely to locate the location and he allotted the very comfortable room to me. Bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Staff behavior was very polite with all required facilities like free wifi and television .. Free services are available like food order and drinks order from room boys. Overall hospitality is good.

3rd floor city view is more attractive

I stayed here for a night. 7 hours to be precise. Room was properly maintained. AC worked. A bottle of drinking water was provided. Hot water was available for bath. 2 sets of towel also were provided.
