Cleanliness in the room was extremely poor—definitely not up to standard. Even the bedsheets were dirty. The flush in the bathroom wasn’t working, and the blanket provided was also unclean. Worst of all, the room was full of mosquitoes. It seemed like they only sprayed some room freshener, but took no real steps to address the mosquito problem. I had to kill more than 20 mosquitoes myself. Very disappointing experience overall.

It is just not clean. It is not dirty but things are stained and rundown. The sheets are clean and smell good and there are no bugs-- a low bar. However, my coworker and I were so tired that we basically did not care. We left ahead of checkout time. Everyone was polite and friendly but there was only one person in a wrinkled uniform to indicate any kind of hospitality BUT he was indeed very friendly and helpful.

Location was fine, not far--we booked the place because we were arriving late from the airport and need a place to sleep. This was suggested to us by the company but it's not a place for two women to stay overall. Thankfully, nothing crazy happened. People were polite and everything was standard. The place was comfortable enough for a few hours and the wifi is good but I cannot recommend this for more than a night's stay in a pinch. It is a transient hotel. I thought the pictures were alright and it is associated with OYO but that's all.

On the booking page, we had 3 options of rooms, wherein I selected the most expensive one which stated a Big bed alongwith a Futon bed. On site there was no such room, and I was denied the same. At 2 am in the morning after the flight landed we were not in a mood to argue. The reception lad showed us a twin room and told us there are only 2 types of rooms here and was not sure why booking .com had 3 types of rooms on the main booking page. The room was very small with no ventilation,full of mosquitoes and one towel provided for 2 people. Breakfast inclusive it said and gave us 2 bread omelettes in the morning. Just a sad story....but totally not worth for 4200k for a night stay.

The room was filthy. There was thick dust and rubbish under the bed. The duvet was dirty, the pillows had mildew, the electrics were broken including in the shower and people stood outside our room and talked until we lady for our flight at 4am. It was the worst night I’ve ever had anywhere.

Bathroom flush did not work due to leakage which is a bummer and it did smell a bit. The rooms are not sound-proof.

Room size is okay for a solo traveler. For two, it can be congested. Clean towels are provided. Wifi is fast and bed is comfortable.

Unfortunately when we entered the room it had a strong bad odour, and once we settled we realised the toilet didn't flush. The bathroom fan turned itself on in the night and kept us both awake as it sounded like it was going to explode at any minute. However this wasn't too important for us as we just needed a place to rest for the night, so we didn't ask about moving rooms. The room looked nothing like the pictures, however we did check in unexpectedly...

We checked in here late and last minute as a bed before our early morning flight, and the staff we lovely and accommodating. The reception area was very well kept, there was AC and a fan in the room, and it was very close to the airport, which was ideal.
