The room was damp and moistness everywhere, i had a 6 month old baby and surprisingly we found a snail in the room. There were cobwebs also, Cleanlinesswise the room require far improvement. The main door couldn’t be opened because of wood congestion. Both nights we slept were sleepless.

Shiny the care taker was very friendly and helped us in all means. Location is good and ease of reach to town.

This is a recommendation, I felt the rate of the food was a bit high. But yeah the food was good only.

Few drawbacks /cons 1. Did not provide a room with 'view' as it was clearly mentioned while booking, and paid the amount as per confirmation.. (too disappointed 😔) 2. Costlier than nearby homestays.. maybe you have to contact them directly.. It should be then negotiable.. I believe this includes commission to booking.com - not sure. 3. At night I heard buzzz sound continuesly .. maybe some machine was working - just like a high compressor sound from refrigerator...

Few pros I want to indicate post one day stay here in September 1 .Staff behaviour was good. 2 .Got tasty and simple home made food. 3. Location is near to Raja Seat Garden (850 meters as per Google Map) 4. The room and toilet were clean ( carpet and pillow covers could've improved) 5. Silent area though situated at roadside. 6. I got a double bed and a separate single bed.. ideal for small family. 7. You need to park the car on the roadside ( I feel it's an advantage though, many small homestays won't have a parking facility. Improvement Areas - - Can include a net window to prevent mosquitoes from outside. Otherwise you have to close the entire room which causes suffocating. - Hand wash or soap should be ready prior to guest entry.

The location given on the booking.com website is wrong so it was difficult to locate the place. However the owner sent me the location when I called.

The caretaker Shyni is friendly and nice. She responds at once. Her cooking is very good and we preferred to have most of our meals at the homestay

in the city but elevated so you get a nice view from balcony. close to bus stand, sunset view point and all food joints. host & caretaker were very nice people. host also suggested us his other property were we went to visit his coffee plantation

There are bugs. Saw some leeches in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom. There was this damp smell in one of the rooms.

Very spacious and right in the middle of the city. The caretaker was sweet and helped us with all our needs like ice, plates and spoons etc. since we arrived late, he was sweet enough to give a little late check out.

Rajesh a warm and happy host looks into one's needs personally. The staircase to the room not really Senior citizen friendly, so are the riser steps to the bathroom. Air conditioning/room fridge especially in summers would help tremendously.
