Ongoing maintenance to the hotel suites needs attention. Curtains and carpet need to be washed. Toilet seats have stains. Overall the place offers good value for money, a little attention is required to move from good to great!

Staff were friendly at all times and went the extra mile to assist which was greatly appreciated. Great spa facilities to unwind after a long day. Excellent spread of food at the restaurant.

Bedspreads were washed but had some old stains. Also bathrooms need to unclog the drain.

Very friendly stuff. Check in was very fast and easy, not often I could say this about check in in the hotels of Indian. We ordered food from their restaurant. It was very tasty. I liked that hotel had spacious room and bathroom. Sound isolation in room very good. To my pleasant surprise room had also ironing board and iron :). Also I liked that room has big windows you could see city at night. I would definitely try also other location of this hotel branch.

The rooms itself were stuffy and had a musky, damp odour.

The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly. They really made our stay.

1) The view from the window was to the construction side. At the reception the manager offered a good city view. I came in the evening, so I couldn’t see what’s there outside. The other side was to the garden. I wish I could have stayed in the room with the garden view. Entrance side rooms — construction view. 2) Another thing was the payment issue. I used my card to pay, but the battery of the payment machine was almost dead and during the transaction it turned off. The amount was deducted from my account but it didn’t come to the hotel’s account. I had to pay the same amount twice. Only 2 weeks later the amount deducted from the card came back to my account. 3) The windows cannot be opened. No fresh air. Only AC. That was a bit disappointing.

I liked the variety of items at breakfast. It was very tasty. And I could eat without dragon flames coming out of my mouth, you know, it can happen in India. The room was fine. Nice hot shower. Wifi. Comfortable chair to sit at the table. Sofa. It was quite good. Overall, it was a nice stay. Especially the hotel staff is very kind, polite and supportive. Had a very good impression.

Nothing in particular. On a negative note, I was on a business trip with colleagues who were staying on different floors from mine and I couldn't access them, each guest can only access their own floor by activating the elevator with the room key

Excellent Hotel. Good cleanliness, nice and clean rooms, excellent size. Really excellent breakfast buffet, as well as lunch and dinner (both buffet). Lots of attention to specified food allergies and intolerances excellent coffee (Italian) Perfect internet. Presence of swimming pool and gym super recommended and I would definitely return

The buffet was a big disaster, idlis were not even cooked properly, for a 5 star hotel the food is a disaster and not upto the mark. Also the buffet spread is very lackluster needs a big time improvement.Especially the price per night is not justified with the lackluster food spread. Also parking needs to be more organised, due to some ongoing renovation work the multi level carpark are all disfunctional and cars are parked haphazard. Front desk staff were not courteous they need to be trained well on how to market the property and brief clients about the breakfast timing, Wifi password. Also the concierge team was not to be seen, saw pile loads of luggage at the reception without being taken to the rooms.

The room had good facilities we liked the bottled water in glass and focus on sustainability by using eco friendly brushes and dispensable soap etc.

Food.....only n only south Indian food being imposed to eat....they making other region's food also in typical South Indian style .....be it potato curries, or khichdi, or fish or anything..... Seriously bad. No river fish available....really sad.

Due to the ongoing metro construction the entire Old Mahabalipuram Road is severely congested.

Rooms are good with a comfortable bed and a good view. Breakfast spread was not bad and dinner buffet had good options

Location could have been near the beach, that i would have liked. Open , green spaces can be added. Breakfast timing can be added till 11 am morning that will work for working professionals
