There were a lot flies/fruit flies in my room. The location is far. My bathroom door was jammed, early in the morning. That was hectic and very troublesome, tbh.

The breakfast was very good. The room given to us, near the poolside was superb as well. The staff is very polite, as one expects from these high value hotels. The rooms were well designed.

The commute to the city and places of work was painful - not your fault, nothing can be done about it. There were also issues getting good mobile signals. would be helpful if you were able to arrange for more economical taxis - it was difficult to get taxis esp during peak morning hours. One thing which I feel you can easily provide is a yoga mat on demand in the room. When you provide everything else, this is a simple thing to provide in the room - I did try to goto the gym one day but it smelt very stuffy and sweaty there. So, I would rather prefer to work out with a mat provided in my room.

The room was good with the amenities like kitchenette, washing machine. The bathroom and shower area could do with some renovation - some of the shower fittings were a bit stuck. Breakfast was good with a decent spread with made to order dosas and eggs I also liked that the mall is virtually connected or next door - makes it very convenient to get anything we want

No hot water in wash basin during winter. Hot water in bath comes after long time. Limited variety & poor quality of fruits during breakfast. Window on 10th floor opens in front of restaurant on 9th floor.

A few things that you should note: Some hotel rooms the window looks out onto the inside of the building. For a weeklong stay with remote jobs, we needed to see sunshine (on occasion). I recommend getting a room with an outside view for a little more money! Not so quiet during the day at times--we think they were renovating and began hearing drilling noises around 10 am that woke us up and went all day (this was only for 3 days of our stay--but made work calls difficult!)

Overall a lovely hotel! Here for a conference nearby, and it was a great stay for our team. Some things we really liked: Staff were SO NICE and accommodating. Breakfast they cater to your every need, the cleaning staff do an amazing job with the rooms, always pristine! Gym has excellent equipment and space (and is air-conditioned!), and open 24 hours!!!! Pool is big (and is a colder pool)--very refreshing! Air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, kitchens are well equipped--if you are missing anything in your room we just called the front desk and they got it to us within 5 minutes! Quiet throughout the nighttime, got a good night sleep. No mall noise reaches the hotel! (also a plus to be near a hotel with a good food court and grocery store!)

Took time to get to know how two elevators operate (not every took to all floors). Breakfast could be better, more continental food like eggs.

We booked 3 rooms and size of all the rooms were different. One was big, one medium and one small. I don’t understand how at the same price & category the rooms are of different sizes. This created a doubt in my mind and I had to upgrade the small size room to a higher category by paying extra amount. I would recommend other guests to check the room size first before check In.

breakfast - I am used to marriott, so maybe my comparison is wrong. But Dosa, Coffee could be better.

Its a service apartment so excellent for long term stay. Also it has a direct entrance to the mall. Only downside was that the breakfast could be a little better.
