Lack of a kettle with facility to make tea or coffee or warm water in the room may be considered to further make it a more comfortable stay . The rest all is excellent

Breakfast was adequate , healthy , hygienic and tasty . Property was a home away from home . Very beautiful garden , scenic view and the mornings with the birds chirping was so peaceful . Thanks to Mr.Thomas and Mr. Anson for being wonderful and caring hosts .

Tranquil, flower-filled gardens, a friendly team and delicious Keralan food made our stay at Olive Brook really special! We were a group of six and appreciated the terrace space outside of our rooms to sit together in the evenings. The team also helped us to organise a ride to our craft workshop one morning, and a van for our drive back to the coast, which was very much appreciated.

Lovely people and a great green spot in the city. Pool is fab too, as is the breakfast.

The Hotel upgraded our stay, the room was fabulous. Best room I ever had. It was Monica Clean, 😁 dreamy bathroom. All you can ever ask for. The food was yummm.. and the property is at a very good location as not in too isolation and not near to crowded town.

1- since it is far from city there is no option to order food so u have to end up eating the food which hotel is preparing and they will force u to eat something they have and there is no respect to u r choice 2- the cleaning and room service staff is good and helpfull 3- the reception guys, the first guy i meet was very supportive but they had there own rule for food which i mentioned in point number 1 4- the second guy i meet, on our second day stay at 9 pm we order food but due to the wrong number provided there staff they did not got the order and later they were not ready to prepare the food for us it was like they want us to sleep without food and then later after few discussions they prepared the food 5- they will force u to order before 9 pm as they will close and also for breakfast they have only two options everyday and u will be forced to have that only as there is nothing near by so the experience is more of training routine then vacation for us as we had to follow timelines....

Its far from city, someone wants to stay away from daily routine life can go for this option

Didn't like the rate....nor the facilities......charged way beyond what a normal resort should charge .. 6400 with no facilities of a resort ....can't charge 6400 for one night for just enjoying the nature ....no other facilities in it ..... restaurant has nothing but takes 1 hour of prior ordering... better to go out and have it ...

- There are no signs to this location. We have to rely on Google maps. - The approach from parking to the rooms are steep, unlit and unpaved. This can be a challenge to elderly folk. Consider adding street lights and paving the road. - There are no room heaters - There are no good rooms for drivers. Our driver complained of stinky co-habitation rooms and ended up sleeping in our van.

- Sabu, the manager in-charge, is a terrific host and has a small team who are focused on customer satisfaction - The chef whips out a small menu of incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner - The location is perfect - nestled in an elaichi estate, with plenty of unique-to-Munnar flora and fauna. - It is just the right distance from Munnar town and the popular tourist attractions. - Priced to delight. The pricing is just perfect for the beautiful rooms
