How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Verified reviewIt’s sometimes difficult to compare hotels in different cities. As a town with unbelievably great sites like the Taj Mahal, set in a city which is smelly and dirty, has a problem with dogs and monkeys, expects visitors to pay over the odds for accommodation and catering, it’s hard not to feel ripped off. The staff were pleasant and friendly.
We have stayed in many hotels in India and this one didn’t represent good value for money, but I think that it’s probably the norm Agra.

Verified reviewIt's a hard one to rate. Location is close to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort (via Taj Mahal metro too if you like). Rooms were well cleaned and air con was noisy but effective in 40 degree heat.
Yet, I think it is just too scruffy and frankly 'different' to recommend for westerners. I was okay there, but I don't think I'd send friends unless I knew they were pretty resilient. Backpackers, especially male, will be just fine.

Verified reviewA lot of good reviews, but they seem suspiciously similar (could be AI). The high expectations were not all met. There was a crack below the AC, so mosquitos came and visited us. The AC is centrally regulated and extremely loud, no adjustment of temperature or strength possible. Besides, there were many dogs barking all through the night, right below our window. Shower water was cold. The food they offered was very good though, even brought to your room. It is very close to Taj Mahal, so we walked to there at 5:15 am when it was still dark without issues. All in all okay stay
