Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Actually nothing...There were everything like we expected but I think it will be better to keep a carpet inside the room.

Regarding the room, the chain lock in one of the room's my family stayed in was non functional which gave me slight concern (the main door lock still functioned fine), the room furniture and in shower towel rack having sharp corners (think bedside tables with sharp corners at eye level when lying down on the bed or having to be careful as you exit the shower so as not to hit your eye on the corner of the towel rack), and the bathroom amenities weren't refilled after our room upkeep. Regarding the hotel breakfast, it was the bare minimum of hotel breakfasts. Breakfast offered a few hard baked goods (muffin and brownie), a selection of cut fruits, slices of bread and cheese and small jugs of juices. There was a small breakfast menu where you can order a breakfast entree which your choice between two different options for an Indian breakfast or a Continental breakfast. I am unsure if one has the option to order multiple times off of the menu or if it is only once per person. If breakfast is important to you, arrive early because it did not seem like the breakfast table gets replenished often and my family arrived to an almost empty breakfast table with nothing being replenished on our last day there.
Hotel Palace Heights has a great location in central Delhi in Connaught Place and is accessible to the metro via entrance #3. Even though this hotel is very small in terms of the number of rooms available, hotel staff are all friendly and the rooms were clean having just enough amenities (TV, fridge, complimentary water bottles, shampoo/soap, dental/med kits, comb and razor) to make a stay satisfactory. My family booked two twin rooms and our stay included breakfast which was available at the hotel restaurant adjacent to the reception area.

My room was a bit too close to the main entrance and the restaurant. Would have been better up the corridor, as rooms are not particularly sound proof.
Location. Very convenient. Front door security. Vikas was super helpful. Air con, fridge, safe, and kettle. These 4 key things were all good and present. Shower and storage all functional. Key card and room notifications all useful. Complimentary bottles of water were nice and useful. Felt safe and secure.

Internet was spotty and slow.
Central location, clean, comfy firm bed, breakfast was good enough. All in all very good for a 3 star hotel. Vikash the door man was INCREDIBLE! He treated us like royalty and always with a smile. He was so helpful and caring and made sure no one bothered us outside the hotel.

Only downside experience would be I could see some insects in the room. Seeing a cloth eating moth was a bit scary. I think regular pest control will be required to avoid such situations.
The whole stay was a pleasant experience. Check in process was smooth. They had the room ready. The breakfast spread was good. They had enought options in the spread with combination of ready to eat, made to order food items as well as fruits and fruit juices. Excellent room service - good portion sizes. The room size was very good for one person. It was clean room. It had all the amenities as mentioned.

Nothing that stood out. The wifi is spotty, and drops out often, but that has been the case in every hotel in India outside of the big multinationals and luxury hotels.
Brilliantly located a stone's thrown away from Rajiv Chowk station, so you can get to everywhere you need to directly from the hotel. There's an ample supply of rickshaws and Ubers too. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are attentive, and the attached Zaffran restaurant might well be one of the best in the area.

Everything was good. However, Connaught place is very busy, but the hotel was quiet. The front desk people could work on being nicer and friendlier.
The room was clean with a comfortable bed. All the amenities were great!

The rooms are not super insulated, so when parties and things happen around you can hear it. It was not very bad
Location is super great. Close to a very nice part of New Delhi surrounded by so many places to eat and do shopping.

WiFi coverage was a bit patchy in places but not a big problem.
We started and ended our Golden Triangle tour at this hotel. Good value and perfect for our needs. It's a small, comfortable hotel in a great central location. Good breakfast and a very nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant.
