IndiaThe Hotel needs to be maintained properly. AC was not operational in the Hotel Lobby. In the Room, the Bathroom Door could not be locked. The Bed was not very comfortable. The Buffet Breakfast was really bad. Hardly any variety and whatever was served lacked in taste and quality. The Toaster was switched off and when I asked for a hot Toast, the person in charge pointed out to some toasts lying in a tray and asked me to pick from there. When I refused and demanded a Hot Toast, he put fresh bread slices in the Toaster. Similary if you asked for a Dosa, he would get a bunch of Dosas in a plate and distribute them around. Same goes for the Egg Preparations. Idlis and Upma were equally bad.
The Location is superb right in the heart of Panjim City and right next to Mandovi River. Main market is just a walk away. The Hotel Staff is also very polite, hard working and friendly. It is quite reasonable and value for money.

FranceCâble TV wasn't working, after asking there were only a few channels available. No WiFi in 2024 is ridiculous. The toilet is quite dirty.. In Panjim, there are better hotels with more facilities, for a lot cheaper.

United KingdomHad issues with the room lock especially in the last 2 days however staff did there best to help and even changed my room for the last day which was good - did take a bit of perseverance though . The Television channels available were not displayed especially given it was DTH service - Although for me it didn't make much difference but perhaps for people with children along it would have helped to know the channel numbers

United KingdomBeing able to contact the hotel was a nightmare. We booked the rooms back in July 2022 and our stay was during March 2023 but we never received a response to our enquiries which was very disappointing. Some of the staff were friendly but the check in process was very long and they didn't seem to be in a rush to get us to our room. A particular room attendant when delivering our food/drinks to our hotel room would never shut the door behind him and he was never polite towards us.
The view of the river was lovely. Size of the rooms were decent.

United KingdomThe breakfast area was messy , cups and plates grubby , I opted to go around the corner to a lovely cafe for breakfast. Some staff don’t have customer service skills , lack the ability to smile even when I say Good Morning etc.
I read reviews and booked a 6th floor river view room which was wonderful. Big room , great view , very comfortable bed. Great location with restaurants, shops etc . practically around the corner. Some staff had smiles not all. But I was specifically there for the room , location and view.

India- Breakfast options were limited - The price we paid was slightly higher from the amount shown in booking.com. We were not sure of the reason.
The location was amazing. Walking distance to Fontainhas. So many shops, and a taxi stand was nearby. Overlooking the river, a very positive vibe surrounded the place. They displayed the room tariffs at the reception. This transparency was commendable.
