You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaIt was not even hotel, it was a service apartments in a building which has some 600 rooms and multiple hotels running. Had to wait for an 30 mins before executive could come to give keys also there was one common reception for dont know how many hotels. It felt like a scam

IndiaExceptional Experience! Highly Recommended I recently stayed at Pink city The Grand Anukampa and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous — always ready with a smile and prompt service. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet — so many options! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Whether it was a quick check-in, room service, or travel arrangements, everything was seamless. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Will definitely return on my next trip!
