    even though I made the booking for an extra night, i was still made to wait at 3 am in the morning.

    Nothing specific - everything was exceptional

    Staff were amazing - could not do enough to help you particularly the receptionists and the young guy in the bar

    The rooms are smaller in size .

    The room facilities were well thought off.. I liked the light setting .. room & bathroom both had mood switch & a master switch which would create just the perfect lighting in a go.. plus this was the only hotel room iv been ( and I have been to quiet many top ones in India )with full bright light in the washroom, which is a wow for ladies who have to get dressed up.. plus a rotating table top on side sofa , was quite functional need for current times Plus the hotel was courteous to send in some amazing birthday cake for my husband. Although the Deluxe room was small in size , so not for a family to stay . Overall a good functional room , not luxurious but practical stay for 2 adults

    The room size could have been better.

    The food was really good both at the breakfast and in room dining, room was little smaller than expected , however, the bath tub was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the experience was pretty smooth.

    Dinner were a bit overpriced in our opinion (small serve and very expensive for tiny shots of alcohol (Jack Daniel Whiskey).

    The breakfast options are amazing and delicious. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly.

    Check in timings were at 3 pm but we got the room at 4.10 pm..not a good experience

    Hotel room was comfortable but tv didnt turn off for some reason for some reason.

    The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of all sorts. Staff was the best. We have hardly seen such customer friendliness anywhere else. Lunch and dinner also delicious.

    Helpful staff and friendly staff, especially manager Khushi with her smiling face was extra helpful. Quality and variety of delicious food for dinner.

    There were some mould in the toilet edges beside the toilet bowl. The cleaning staff was cleaning the corridor with a feather duster but shake the dust to the floor along the corridor. He did that while I was walking down the corridor. Perhaps there is a better way to manage the cleaning.

    Breakfast : no good welcoming behavior ! no one to ask me anything…coffee or else. I had to ask multiple time to get a coffee. I stood up a couple of minutes at the kitchen to get a waffle..4 people were there …no one cared about me…. Every time at that location the service is poor.
