The Wifi connection in the room was pretty weak - almost non-existent (despite informing hotel staff, nothing could be done about this).

Superb location - breath-taking view from the balcony. Food was also good and staff was helpful. Situated at a convenient distance from Library Chowk - good energetic & scenic walk or a quick cab ride are options.

There was a cabinet just at the entrance of the room which is really sharp and hit many times to my father and kid so it should be removed from there. Also normal accessories like the dental kit shampoo moisturiser shaving kit etc which generally a normal hotel also provide they don’t keep in the room and provide you only on request which was not good compare to what they are charging. Secondly they should improve the breakfast options. Options were really limited only.

Location was superb. View is really great.

There is no lift that goes to the room floors. When I had asked about lift they said they have it but they didn’t clearly mention that every time you use to lift, you have to climb or descend 1 flight of stairs as the lifts are only to mezzanine floors and not room floors. This caused a lot of difficulty to my sister who has physical problems with her foot… it was absolutely not fair and when I asked them why they didn’t mention they were so rude and defensive. Also the daily breakfast was not a buffet, they gave us aaloo parathas and chole all 3 days. When I gave them a feedback they said “you are the only guests we have here so that’s why there is no buffet” !! I was shocked as if it was our fault to book this hotel… they didn’t even ask us what we would like for breakfast… the staff really need to get trained in communication!

Even though I booked a proper luxury room for my vacation, the room in which I stayed had flies in the toilet. The toiletries were not provided properly. Dental kit wasn’t available in the room, we had to ask for it. Towels and linens looked roughed up and really old. One day I think it was on 13th I put the clean my room sign on, but when I came back to the room, I saw that nobody cleaned the room. I communicated everything to the manager Sunil, he seemed quite a nice man, but there was this other person I had a chat with over the phone, he was quite rude. Most funny part is, they provide 2 small complimentary bottles of water even for the guests who paid high to stay at their place. And when I asked them that we are paying higher for our room and services, we were told that “we don’t differentiate in our guests”. To which I said,” I never asked you to differentiate but if someone is paying higher then there should be some extra amenities that can be provided. If you guys can’t do that then why am I paying higher?” To which I received no answer. Although the staff and manager was very humble but they seemed a bit laid back with their services. The hotel has the potential to do a lot in terms of business but their laziness might be one of the prime reasons why they’re losing business. Last but not the least, wherever I stay I prefer the toilet and bathing area to be clean. I must say I was disappointed there.

Food was really good. Tea was worth it. Beds were good and soft. Gentle and humble behaviour of staff. Location was very good.

Didn’t like the toilet. It was not clean. Charging so much and no complimentary breakfast. I lost the key by mistake and they charged for the key. I hve been staying in so many hotels around the world. I have never seen anyone charging for the lost key.

Fresh air with some window opening option will add value. More often we find some near by visits. So two wheeler or scooty will be a good option fot that.

Services offered while being in rooms was really excellent. We visted there with family and it was a lovely experiecne. Food outstanding. Staff were very cooperative.

Even though it’s only 1.1kms from the Library Chowk, it’s pretty far to walk due to the incline.

The property was well-maintained and clean and hygenic at all times.The rooms were clean and fairly big.The food was also tasty and hygenic.The housekeeping staff was efficient and thorough in cleaning the rooms.The staff was extremely polite and helpful.check-in and check-out were hassle-free.It is nearby Library Chowk and they also provide taxi shuttle at a reasonable rate to Library Chowk.A good choice if you are travelling with family.All in all a pleasant experience.Totally value for money.

A tile that was broken in the bathroom hurt me. TV is not working. The telephone is also not working.

TV was not working, even there was set of box in the room it was only after 2 calls the electrician came n we could watch TV Then to my utter surprise , there were no bathing towels in the bathrooms. No centralise heaters . .. So hotel management need to be more attentive.

Staff at the reception

The hotel was okay, but the staff at the reception were really annoying they refused to acknowledge that our booking had breakfast option for x amount of money. I had to speak to 5 different staff members, then they finally called someone that confirmed that indeed i was right. We were given breakfast ( but as though it was a favour to us ) So much fuss, over nothing. Ignorant and rude staff. Cleanliness was average. Restaurant staff were good, over all not a pleasant experience
