It's a bed and breakfast lodge on the ground floor. the floor is on the same level of the outside walkway causing it a little damp. Requested manger to keep some pest control for termites.

Location great within a five minute walk from centre of Police Bazar. The room is fitted with a TV, a two seater sofa, one Chair and a few tables. plenty of illuminations, wi-fi, adequate space to move around ,toilet clean and with geyser, basin, mirror. Service good with a smile. Facilities of electric kettle, tea & coffee, Basic toiletries available.

Very close to police bazar. Owner always available over phone. They prepared breakfast for us at 7 am every day despite it not being their usual time for breakfast. Room is very comfortable

The room is fine. There was no blanket cover. It is better to have a blanket cover. There needs to be a clear signboard in front of the hotel. Everything else is fine.

The quilts need to be washed and cleaned. It seemed they were not washed for quite some time.

The location was excellent- right in the heart of the city yet away from the noise and chaos.

The floor of the room was not clean enough.

The location of this facility is in the heart of Shillong that is in Police Bazaar. The room that was provided to me was big enough. All the facilities were provided and the staffs are very much responsive.

Some of the bed linen could have been more clean.

A nice and cosy home stay, very close to the Police Bazar. The room was spacious, with a large double bed and 2 bunker beds. It had wooden flooring, a clean bathroom with a geyser, TV, room heater and electric kettle with tea coffee arrangements. Most important, they had a pair of rubber slippers which came very handy on the cold December night! There's no intercom but the staff is available on mobile. Towels and quilts were provided. Breakfast was a set menu with options for poori sabzi or paratha. But they were fine. No tea or coffee was served separately.

The way of the property is very very bad. The first issue showing Google map is incorrect the property is located like a slumdog street I am following that Google map location 2 hours around the city some 10 times but we have not reached the property properly at last we called the property mobile number when he sent his staff and finally we reached the correct location

The Road for entry to the Hotel is very narrow and finding the Hotel for newcomer was difficult as there was no signboard on the Roadside

Breakfast was served in time and it was good, the staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious, bathroom is also very spacious, parking space is provided and it is very near to the Police Bazar, we can get food or cab within a few distance
