United StatesThe laundry services were over-the-top expensive, so we had to opt out of that. Also, there was a very strange odor in the hallways--either a fragrance being used, or a mosquito repellent. It was incredibly harsh. I can't imagine how people with sensitivities to smells would be able to tolerate it.
Room was very nice. Everything was modern and clean. There were good, responsive services like housekeeping (Rahul, Kashif) and in-room dining. I accidentally overpaid for a meal once, and they made a point of coming back to give me my change.

United KingdomThe only downside was the shower, which was flooding. I raised the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn't fixed during our stay. Thankfully, we had a bathtub, so it wasn’t a major problem for our two-night stay. Aside from that, everything else was great.

United KingdomStaff were not consistently friendly or helpful which was a shame. Breakfast was nice, but we stayed for a week and a half and there wasn't any variation in the menu- I would have expected different fruit for example, or different cakes and juices.
Breakfast spread was good- fresh paratha and eggs made for a good start to the day. Banjara Hills is a nice location- lots of shops and places to eat nearby.
