Frankly speaking, the area was not as expected 😁
Amazing service and the staff are polite and respectful. Hospitality service was well offered everywhere. Experienced the spa facilities were superb relaxing 😌 Food and beverage services around the venue were of quality.

Why this reputed hotel should have poor wifi speed?
I am repeat visitor. Previous experience was terrible because of the poor wifi speed. This time the counter staff helped get IT team enhance my room wifi speed.

The laundry services were over-the-top expensive, so we had to opt out of that. Also, there was a very strange odor in the hallways--either a fragrance being used, or a mosquito repellent. It was incredibly harsh. I can't imagine how people with sensitivities to smells would be able to tolerate it.
Room was very nice. Everything was modern and clean. There were good, responsive services like housekeeping (Rahul, Kashif) and in-room dining. I accidentally overpaid for a meal once, and they made a point of coming back to give me my change.

The only downside was the shower, which was flooding. I raised the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn't fixed during our stay. Thankfully, we had a bathtub, so it wasn’t a major problem for our two-night stay. Aside from that, everything else was great.
Lovely stay with great service. I had a really nice stay. The staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming. The pool area was lovely, and the food was excellent. My room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I was not pleased with the way the reception staff treated me upon my arrival and when a visitor came to see me. Their behavior was disrespectful. However, the rest of the staff, including the doormen and the cleaning team, were respectful, and I thank them for that.

Staff were not consistently friendly or helpful which was a shame. Breakfast was nice, but we stayed for a week and a half and there wasn't any variation in the menu- I would have expected different fruit for example, or different cakes and juices.
Breakfast spread was good- fresh paratha and eggs made for a good start to the day. Banjara Hills is a nice location- lots of shops and places to eat nearby.
