Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaHowever, when we entered the villa, our intercom was not working so we have to physically call the service person working at neighboring villa, because we could not call buggy to go for hi-tea . Since We were not provided any kind of map or resort tour on arrival..we didn't know the road to reception. Further, we were not made aware what are acitivities included in our stay package and what are chargeable.... if somebody explains all the activities available at resort then much time will be saved in exploring.., in my opinion. (This we had experienced in very good way at Chennai Radisson blu..they provided us the detailed schedule on arrival) . Also the villa that was allotted to us was on road side ..it had partial view of awesome green hills but that view was hidden behind the school building and it's buses parked right on road outside our villa. Also Safety wise , our villa's master bedroom terrace lock was not working ..it was scary from security point of view considering we had just one wall of 8 ft between our villa and main road. 😨 Luxury villa location should have been near the pool side but only one-bedroom rooms were near the poolside. 😔
All basic things of luxury hotels were satisfied like huge villa , convenient parking, valet, hassle free checking , cleanliness, both breakfast and dinner buffet were awesome 👌 TV in hall plus both bedrooms were great

Nice location. Good room. Multiple swimming pools. Kids play area including a trampoline park, indoor play area, bowling alley and arcade games. Multiple choice of restaurants.

IndiaRoom service is a bit slow which needs to be addressed. Even asking for water bottles take 15-20 minutes to reach the room. Food needs to be improved, it was not tasty. we stayed for 2 days and had total 4 meals. food Options are also very less as compared to other hotels, especially on the non veg side. Hair dryer was not present in the rooms.
Tea was exceptional (One of the best I have had). Property is clean.

IndiaTwin bedroom villa has some cleanliness issues. Additionally, during peak hours, the Radisson team struggled to manage the breakfast and dinner crowds, leading to chaotic dining experiences.
The food spread and quality at the hotel were truly excellent, and the staff was exceptionally supportive and humble.

IndiaTheir indoor play area was not upto the standards of radisson. The game zone was additionally charged and quite expensive. I liked the play area and things we can do within the alibaug property of Radisson blu and was expecting something similar in karjat. But was disappointed as it rained too and we hardly had anything to do in the property without additional charges
The room was huge and clean

IndiaThe property lacks greenery, the villas do not look very luxurious for the price paid. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. None of the rooms had mirrors in it. The bathroom only had half mirrors. Two bedrooms didn’t have anything for keeping big bags. The rooms don’t have a feel of luxury, looks very bland with just yellow painted walls. They really need to work on their breakfast buffet, they don’t know to make idlis and chutney( one of the worst I have eaten in my life), pathetic levels for a hotel of this size. In general the South Indian dishes are extremely ordinary. Taste is very mediocre in general , missal too salty.
The property is big in area . Staff is courteous and were accommodative for last minute changes in reservation. Farhana, Rohit and Divyam were helpful. Gave me a good deal for dinner buffet too.

IndiaBasic stupidity which I couldn't understand - no indoor games room available. One TT table just thrown into a dimly lit passage. Totally unusable. No other kids entertainment available. This is a big disappointment if they want to target family crowd - play zone was unnecessarily expensive and biggest joke it closed at 9 pm. The real need for entertainment is after dinner when people are done with swimming - cricket turf shut down at 9 pm. Again illogical since during summer time it is not possible to play before 6 pm and by the time people came down to play, it was shut - other facilities like cycle were non existent. again a huge let down since its a big property giving ample riding space
Huge property, excellent food quality, friendly staff
