Minor things. We stay 3 persons but they provide us only 2 complementary. The extra bed is not well prepared. We have to call them many times for fix. However, staff provide the fast response and fix issue quickly. Overall is great:)

In my opinion hotel needs to make changes to how they operate the free shuttle to Aerocity, I was not happy as I had only one drop free in 3 nights stay, every time I asked was told car were busy.

Front desk staff was very helpful Mr Himanshu. He was very quick in checking in, he also arranged for doctor to speak to my wife who was not feeling well. We give him 10out of staff

I thought the hotel was closer to the airport. It took us about 10 minutes to drive there.

We stayed here for one night after traveling around India. We wanted to be near the airport to catch an early flight. The hotel exceeded our expectations of an airport hotel, it felt more like a resort hotel. The room was spacious, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was a nice option, we enjoyed sitting outside savannah bar for happy hour drinks in the evening. Our room included a transfer to the airport and this was arranged easily.

I arrived at 1am, and even though I got to the hotel via a shuttle that they had organized for me and I had all my confirmations, they did not have a room for me. They offered to upgrade me to a suite, but it was a smoking room, or wait for them to clean a non-smoking room that had just been vacated. Given the time, I opted for the suite, although a smoking room was far from ideal. The staff were very gracious and friendly, which I appreciated.

This is my 5th stay with the hotel. Like always, the check-in process, stay, services and check-out process are really smooth and excellent. Breakfast options are really wide, they are fresh. Rooms are well-equipped, super-clean and quiet.

I needed a small bottle of water on the way out and it wasn't available. I was asked to go to the restaurant and purchase a big bottle of water. It would have been nice if they could provide small bottle of water to guest especially when it's so hot.

The gentleman who checked us in tried to send us to our rooms without giving info on breakfast, checkout, the restaurant anything. “Too much” customer service, felt like dinner was constantly interrupted, by staff forcing conversations.

Not much to dislike. The location is a bit of a struggle in terms of traffic but I expect that it will all be resolved once the construction is completed in a year or two. Unlike other hotels, you have to pay for pick up and drop off from/to airport.

The room and bathroom were clean. No real views but didnt mind at all. The foyer is beautiful and especially the piano lounge. The restaurant has good selections. There is a bar/piano lounge area with business facilities, a shop and a spa

The swimming pool was very cold and could do with being heated. The sauna/jacuzzi area was quite disappointing but the spa staff were lovely. I would advise against trying to walk to aircity or anywhere as the roads around the hotel are very chaotic and motorbikes and tuc tucs ride on the footpath.

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. It was a lovely stay.
