Small rooms which smells of Moss… almost like an old smoking room. It’s there all across in corridors etc

It looks somewhat rundown and rooms are dusty and need a power cleanup. Some items in room do not function; furniture- chair was shaky; shower stall door has a half cm gap.. bath floor was really wet after my shower

It was an old property but that was not maintained well.

- There was no proper extra bed provided. They did after 10 calls. But that was also very bumpy on one end and down on the other side. - No room service we were waiting for water more than 1 hr.

The Room had no bathroom scale, even at their Bell desk, and reception did not have any clue they advise me to go to kitchen section they have receiving scale!! Their system was down during checkout. Only good was their Breakfast selection and it Was always crowded

When entering the hotel there were 4 employees standing to do security check and no one even bothered to open the door. Not that I cant open by myself, but its a basic courtesy. I was assigned R. No 330 and you will see directions only till R. No 329. I had to spend a good 10m trying to figure out where the room was. Not expected from a property this size. I asked Room service to clear the dishes after having the dinner in my room, no one showed to pick it up. I didn't want to leave it outside the door as there was hardly any space left to move around if I left the tray there. Overall the management of hotel leaves a lot to be desired

the space where breakfast is served is not spacious enough. the organization is deficient and cannot cope with the influx of people. you have to wait a long time to get a coffee because they only have one machine for coffee and hot water. they often lack cups and glasses.

The location is convenient if you are looking for a hotel close to the exhibition center.

The rooms are very old, needs revamp very badly. The furniture, bathroom tiles & fittings are really old and need desperate upgrade. The pictures shown on the website are from the inauguration day of the hotel, currently nothing is even close to it, only well maintained part is the entrance & main reception lobby area. If you have booked through booking.com or other portals then they will give you the smallest room possible in that category! The breakfast is same for all 6 days, they only change the menu for Sunday which is very unusual & never heard, so think before you opt a room with breakfast.

No tissue box in the Room, No complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, Bathroom door couldn’t get shut well so the water was just flowing in the whole bathroom. AC was noisy and could hear the people next door.

The cleaning of the rooms is just not good. It is in certain need of refurbushing as you can tell, even from the odour, that it has become creeping old furniture and worn out of walls, curtains, tiles... Very disappointing the misalignment between the splendorous lobby and the poorly mantained rooms and cleaned (with hairs in the shower, and corridors and common areas leading to the bedrooms, dust in drawers and behind the bed, dirty walls,...).

As stated above, but clearly the location and certainly the staff, always very helpful

Response from front office persons was worst of all. " Go ask booking.com" was the answer given to me when i was misinformed about possibility of extra bed in the room. i did upgrade to junior suit to accommodate my daughter. And it was horrible. Bathroom floor was clogged with water and quality of house keeping was very disappointing. When i requested for bedmaking of the sofa cum bed, one person came to just give two bedsheets and a pillow without cover and left without even bothering to pull the bed out from frame. Phone lines to different services were non existent. I stayed earlier in the same hotel several times when it was managed by Ramada group and present management team is a far cry from the previous one. By the way See off by the doorman with big turban was good and we left with some good feeling about the place.

Location is good. Swimmimg pool is good one. See off by the doorman with great turban was well appreciated.
