One thing I disliked the most was, after you are given the entry card to your room nobody is supposed to enter your room but here any staff member can access the room with duplicate card in your absence which happened in our case. This was a serious security concern, but probably it seems they realised it and kept a small sweets bowl in the room for us to know about it.

There was not anything which we didn't like. Bit of a noise even on the 10th floor due to poor window condition.

Well planned room, helpful staff, good variety of food in buffet dinner. Restaurant staff were polite and effecient. Live piano being played in the dining room :-)

1. Toilet plumbing was bad. Needed to flush multiple times for paper to go down. Had to call one day when the flush didn't work at all and someone had to come plunge. Really embarassing! 2. Saw a small roach near the peanut butter in the buffet .... 3. A/C thermostat didn't work. We were always freezing and when we called for help the hotel worker just pressed a bunch of buttons and didn't fix it. 4. Do wish the frosting on the glass was better or they had a proper opaque shower door. Really made it hard to share the bathroom space.

Nice hotel for Indian standards. Very responsive staff when I asked for things brought to the room. Rollaway bed was provided.

1) power outlets should have been universal for a 5 star hotel, expecting international travelers 2) Iron Board and Iron not available in room, the one provided temporarily was in bad condition and the plug was heavy duty, which fits to specific power socket in room. 3) Early take away breakfast was given without spoon / fork, tissues. Requested coffee was not mentioned or given. 4) Restaurant staff needs training to attend to and handle customers to consider it as 5 star hotel.

The first room offered needed some TLC. But staff were quick to accommodate and offered us a different room which was more in line with our expectations. We had inclusive breakfast which had good variety for kids and adults and quality was also very good.

The property is little old. Need some renovation. They charged me in INR on my euro card even when had asked then we'll pay in INR card. The hotel management were desperate to collect the money I advance.

For the gym area, there were no wipes to wipe down the mats or other equipment. Did not have good mats and some of the dumbells were missing, The shower and the changing rooms upstairs did not have AC. No shampoo or shower gel in the gym showers. No bins in the ladies area upstairs Did not like the powder milk that was in the tray in the room, but they did provide me with fresh milk

Breakfast was really good, good service and the staff were so helpful. good choice of food, at one point one of the Chefs came to see me while i was having my meal for a chat which was really nice.

Housekeeping staff was not proper. When we checked in the room everything was missing especially slippers, bathrobes, the shampoo, soap and conditioner bottles were empty and after our repeated requests it was not filled. Towels were old and smelling bad. The front desk staff was also not efficient. They were extremely slow

The restaurant was amazing. The food was very delicious and the staff was very cooperative. We especially thank Bhoomika for giving the best service to us and special thanks to the chef for making such a good food

The extra bed provided Comfort was pretty bad as they provided hard foam bed which caused backache instead a soft foam bed was required: toilet como was having continously foul smell and stained one not clean

There's not much to complain.

We had a great experience. We (couple + 13 yr old child) stayed there for 3 nights. Location is perfect. Most of the tourist destinations are easily accessible. Airport and Train station are not too far. The room size is decent with a good-sized washroom (bath and toilet are separate) with an attached bathtub. The food served at breakfast and in the dining room has several options and delicious. Highlight was a great view of the riverfront/river. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were courteous and helpful. Will definitely consider this hotel if we ever visit again.
