Great spot, right beside the beach but close enough to the nightlife for dinner, drinks and music. I walked along the beach front and then over to where I Had dinner. Later that night I went out for drinks and could walk home with ease Down a very quiet lane so you can't hear the parties in Candolim, brilliant for a peaceful night's sleep

My room was booked as a room only, but being so close to the beach and the nearby "beach shacks" breakfast/brunch was just a few steps away while watching the waves. Sunbeds also in this quiet part of Candolim for free if using the beach shack for a drink or eats. I had booked a 1st floor superior room with beach view. .a great choice with a large balcony looking over the lovely gardens and palm trees. listening to the waves at night and the sunset a treat. Loaction was great and quiet. half way between the busy parts of the beach at the Candolim and Calangute main streets. The main Candolin Bars and restaurants 10 mins walk away. 7 nights here was a joy. Owners very helpful and the gardens a treat of banana, coconut and mango trees and various lush vegetations. Highly recommended.

We accepted the property's recommendation of a cab driver from Goa airport. He did meet us, but then we had to cross a 6-lane highway on foot to get to his cab, which was not fun.

No breakfast, though we did get tea delivered to our room every morning.

NOTHING TO SAY HERE.

Although slightly away from the main road walkable within 5 minutes so no noisy traffic. Path to the beach took 3 minutes and you are directly on the beach. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. Very large bathroom/wet room. Balcony with lovely garden view and sea view. So good we have booked again for Christmas/New year. Thank you Shanu/ staff for a beautiful apartment.

The best part of this homestay is its owner. We can find many hotels or homestay with good food, good location, good amenities, good service. But you can find owners like them. They treat u as there family. N your comfort is there priority. I have never seen some resolve ur problem so fast in any hotels too. There behaviour will make you fall in love with the property. God bless both husband wife, and i assure you wont regret staying thr even if thr propert is not very sophisticated with amenities.

Although this wasn't an issue the rooms were a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Also you had to ask for room to be cleaned this should be done on a regular basis without asking.

The location was excellent for the beach. Also in a nice quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

First of all, our flight was delayed so we were late checking in... fortunately, this was not a problem. Michelle made us feel very welcome, the place was completely spotless and the grounds were maintained immaculately. The room were perfect 👌

Noise from washing machine in adjacent property

Set in beautiful gardens and directly out the back gate to a small path to the beach. Located behind Appi Shack and D’Mellos, on a quiet stretch of Candolim beach.

Our room was right on main thoroughfare ground floor, to the beach so didn’t feel very private. Felt like I was in a window in Amsterdam’s red light district even thought the windows were mirrored, which in itself attracted passers by to check themselves and fix their hair. Could do with two towels per person and complimentary coffee to go with kettle

Heritage home stay, away from the beeping of the main road. Convenient for the beach (5 mins) and great shacks to spend the day. 15 mins walk to beach road Candolim centre. Complimentary water. Very clean.

No hooks in the bathroom/room to hang things snd nowhere to hang wet towels etc post beach. Fridge did not work (was replaced w a one that also broke after one day)

Nice room w a terrace and location was excellent. Very quiet and close to beach and restaurants After some problems w payment prior to arrival the owners did sort everything out in a good way.
