The laundry rates were bit expensive.

The food at resort was best. I especially liked the Muffins. The nursery cafe was a delight to visit. Apart from ambience, I had the best Pizza of life at this cafe.

A beautiful and very well maintained property - highly recommended!! The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and sparkly clean. The food was really nice, we enjoyed tea, snacks, breakfast and dinner at the resort during our stay, and every time we were super impressed with the taste and presentation of the food. There is a private parking at the property which is very convenient. Also they have a shuttle to the city centre every half n hour from morning 8 until 7 pm in the evening, a good option for those who don't want to take their car to the centre. There is even a nice activity room with activities for both kids and grown-ups. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would love to visit the resort next time.

Reaching there is not that easy. It's in middle of the Nainital but google gets confused. Better to add some road signs.

Shervani hilltop provides best location surrounded by greens and with shuttle to mall road, you are never far. Best part was the regular evening activity, Live Music and evening tea. A lot of things for kids to do both indoor and outdoor. Such an amazing experience.

The Wifi was patchy inside our room.

The location and the view were great. The staff were exceptional - Ritu, Dewan and Tarachand stood out for their courteous and helpful attention. The crooner Virender Singh Viru who sang every night rendered some outstanding performances.

Hard to say. Advice though > Be careful not to slip, when heavy rains, as in all hill stations and their hotels. Don't feed or tease monkeys, as obvious.

Great old fashioned era charm with uptodated amenities. Excellent food (even for those with special needs) and services. Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff including Suraj, Tara. Rajesh, Sanjay and team. Highly recommended, unless you are looking for yuppy, noisey place. Our preferred hotel in Nainital/Corbett from now. Lauds to the GM and management team :)

The bathroom was terrible. Water would come out of the shower stall. No bathroom rug. The toilet got blocked and we had to call the front desk repeatedly. The tea bags could be hygienically packed instead of open, unwrapped bags.
