The place is a little far from Ramnagar city. On the app it shows in the middle of Ramnagar city. The hotel is more near to Dhangrhi gate compared to Ramnagar gate.

The staff is very supportive and all the needs are taken care of. The hotel has a swimming pool which is the best part for families with children.

Behaviour of resort manager Mr Prakash Joshi. He is so customer caring. Since this is an under construction property and there is no arrangement for kids entertainment. My family was not ready to stay but Mr Joshi helped us and arranged some activities like camel riding for my kids. I stayed there just because of his nice behaviour.I would like to come again if it makes some arrangements for kids activities also.Its location is good.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection in my room, which was sluggish at times. I feel that adding a few additional boosters could help improve coverage across the entire property. Despite this minor issue, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience overall.

Not much facilities. Staff first interaction was very rude. Less parking spot. Worked up in the middle of night for move car. Had to wait 30 min and call manager for gate opening in morning. Property was under renovation but no information for the same at the time of booking

There is a construction activity going on which was not informed by the staff during the booking. Lack of communication between the staff which resulted in a constant pestering from the staff regarding the booking amount, which I had already paid a month before the check-in date. When we arrived, the staff was roaming like headless chickens, they did not have any clue how guests can check-in. The staff is clueless and cannot function without a manager. However the manager Prakash Joshi was helpful. Very unpleasant experience
