When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Firstly we paid extra and upgraded our rooms, but we encountered a significant issue with the room that caused inconvenience, especially for our elderly parents. The toilet had no water supply, which made it difficult for us to use the facilities comfortably. The process of shifting rooms caused trouble for our elderly parents, who were already tired from traveling. We understand that occasionally issues can arise, but we hope that the hotel can take steps to ensure the room surely checked before assigning them to guests, especially those with special needs. Secondly, we were disappointed with the service. Despite requesting daily replenishment of tea and coffee packets, they were not refilling it during our stay. We hope that the hotel can improve its service .

Verified reviewRestaurant was good. Breakfast had good options and staff was helpful. My son was sick , so they helped in midnight to take him to hospital nearby and packed us BF on day of leaving.
Bathroom were stinking...room we got through booking (double deluxe ) was very tiny..bed could not accomodate 2 adults plus kid...we had several other issues like MCB tripping continously, bathroom was stinking. So we had to finally upgrade room which was then comfortable.I think this is issue as the hotel is in mall road, which is busy area.
