We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room could have used a deep cleaning before we got in. (we also checked in last minute so they many have not had the opportunity to do a thorough cleaning. There was a little mold around the shower and accumulated dirt under the suites living room sink. One pillow smelt like it was used.
The breakfast was good, I'd definitely recommend.

United KingdomIn the shower cubicle there was no where to put your soap, shower gel etc. Had to ask for towels every day.
The breakfast was good, lot off choice as the food was marked with colour dots to separate vegetarian eggless cakes & other items. Staff were very helpful in accommodating us in making Jain food for us when we asked them. Room was clean but the freezer in the fridge was full off ice & the fridge door didn’t close properly. Overall our stay was good.

Nothing really. Unfriendly staff at reception. Wanted me to wait till they called their finance to confirm if the payment was received, though i had bored through booking.com and had confirmed reservation. Even after i told them i had to rush to a meeting in 15 mins, they waited for the confirmation. Absolute nonsense.

OmanNeeds to improve the staff qualities. I found the service and room not worth for the money I spent as it was not properly prepared for my stay. I think it was a one off case, but seems to encouraging from the part of their staff. The restaurant facility needs to be improved. Restaurant Staff are good, but the ambience and arrangements are to be improved.
The location, Room size, Bath rooms, etc.. Especially the mall facility attached to this hotel is very attractive. Accessibility is one thing that is the attraction of this property.
