Given this is a 5* hotel, the bed I had in room 1072 was completely unacceptable... The mattress was obviously old and you could feel the springs and it was a double sold with twin beds pushed together with no mattress topper so you could feel the void between both mattresses... I expect more from a 5* hotel

the loft rooms are abit small, the baby chairs are not enough in the breakfast area, the pool attendant said my 3 year old cannot swim in the big pool. the Thai restaurant is very pricey.

the staff was exceptional, everyone was so sweet. the beach and the services and the extra mile the hotel went was amazing. the staff were so friendly towards the kids, towards us. the little things made so our stay so much better. providing beach toys for the kids, pool toys for the little ones, the activities room. there Is a pool for couples ( sadly we dint get a chance to use it. the spa services are amazing, there is a lady there ( geeta I think) she was so so sweet. they upgraded our rooms to face the pool.

The all inclusive dining facilities are dated and rather charmless. Would not recommend the all inclusive option (but the breakfast option fine). There are plenty of other facilities for lunch and dinner in and nearby to the resort

Superb resort with rooms located in small blocks in beautifully landscaped grounds. Fantastic swimming pools and easy access to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delightful stay and no hesitation in recommending this resort

Bed and mattress. The extra bed mattress was so thin that the iron was touching the back. Buffet at Caravella was cold specifically for vegetarians and don't get the attention needed.

The room we got first had a smell of dampness despite its renovated look, and it didn’t really have a sea view in contrary to the booking details. We were given another room the next day which we liked more.

We liked helpful and friendly staff, extensive grounds, easy access to the beach as well as access to the grounds and restaurants of the neighboring Aguada resort. A new infinity pool is also worth mentioning as a very nice facility we used every day.

Everything was amazing. The hospitality, the thoughtful gestures from the staff, the location, the amenities. Everything was definitely exceptional. But the staff of these place make it to the level it is at.
