We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

all went well. At the reception Naeela took fantastic care of us. Took care of all our needs. The room cleaning staff was v good, looked after everything. The staff in the restaurants was fantastic - Debtirtha, Mark, Mayuresh, Sital, Rajashree and the others, superb. The konkan cafe and thai restarants are v good too.

PolandIt requires a bit replacement of fabrics and towels. There are stains on the curtains, some walls and carpets. It is an old hotel, which maintains the charm and character, but needs a bit more attention.
The staff is amazing. Very kind and attentive. I wanted to praise Atmaja especially, as when our mom got sick and she came with a doctor to support, she was like an angel. She is caring, sensitive and supportive in a delicate situation. We liked the restaurants as well, breakfast was delicious and diverse. The overall experience is very positive.

IndiaThe hotel is well maintained and has excellent staff. The food in Trattoria and room service as well as the afternoon tea in the lobby are all exceptionally good. The double bed in the room was a bit smaller than in other hotels. There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom, but it was swiftly and efficiently addressed.

Hong KongThe rooms are outdated and in need of serious refurbishment. One would imagine from the outside that the interiors are good but they all are disappointing. The rooms are small and claustrophobic. The wood is dull, aged and decades old. Switches and plugs are from an earlier generation. No carpet on the floor. Only wooded tiles. Good for guests of guests but not yourself.
