They are renovating so lots of banging which was disturbing but overall experience was very good.

Great value for money. Easy access to the shops. I was surprised at how clean my room and bathroom were. I would definitely book them again in the future. Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea and bottled water would have been a bonus.

There was some noise during the day, probably due to ongoing renovations. This is probably on me for failing to request a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray and a faint stale smoke odor when I first arrived. You’ll certainly fine some places to eat, but not the plethora of dining options of some other neighborhoods.

This hotel should have some appeal for a certain type of savvy traveler (less suitable for the dainty or the squeamish). If you’ve stayed in Paharganj, and are over it, this may be your cup of tea. The hotel has a very clandestine feel. It is located toward the end of a narrow dead end ally in the cycle mart. Bicycle tires are stacked high just a few feet from the front door. Around the corner men are sitting on the ground assembling bicycles and lacing wheels. Don’t be put off by the dingy sign for the hotel at the front of the ally. My room seemed to be newly renovated, the shower was hot, and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff was highly responsive and helpful. Room service is available 24 hours and a roof affords excellent views in all directions of some the most iconic buildings in Delhi.

This hotel is in simply fantastic spot near Chandni Chowk. The views from the roof are spectacular, across the fairground to the Red Fort, right to Jama Masjid, left to a Jain temple and a Hindu temple. The vegetarian food is delicious and the staff are great. It was our third stay here.

Because it is centrally located it's a very hustle and bustle, I do not recommend that travelers who are seeking peace and calm choose this place.

I like its central location in Old Delhi, near to Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, and Red Fort.

Was a bit noisy, also renovations were going on so a bit dusty.

Great location in Old Dehli, close to the Red Fort and markets. Staff were fantastic and willing to offer any assistance needed. Hotel has a restaurant which is handy. Our breakfast was included and there was a choice of western or several Indian breakfasts. All were great. We also had dinner there one night and again great local food. The service was fabulous too. A table all to ourselves on the rooftop.

The neighborhood around the hotel is not the best, I assumed it was safe and had no issues even at night. Don't expect hot water in the shower or sink, warm at best. No room/maid service unless requested, I was there 4 nights.

I stayed at this hotel about 12 years ago for the location, great location for Old Delhi. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Elevator, a nice rooftop view. Good room service, and good food. Good WiFi. I would return again for the location, staff, and price. Daniel- USA.

Would not recommend if you are a solo traveller, or arriving late at night as old delhi area is quite 'rustic' You get what you pay for - if you want a comfortable shower and new mattress you need to spend more. This place is good value compared to a backpackers , large private room with room service and great staff, but nothing fancy

Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The location is handy to old Delhi sights (although you have to go down an interesting alley to get to it)

Just a little thing: the way to the hotel through a small narrow dark street was a bit tricky. But it’s ok, as at the entrance of the narrow street they have a big sign with the name of the hotel.

The stuff was super sweet and professional. Whatever you need, they provide. 24 hours Room service super fast and super delicious

Leave your western mindset at home, India is something else, be ready to be surprised, shocked and amazed.

Please keep in mind that European standards are way off in India. The hotel looks completely derelict, the neighborhood is scary (even though I am glad I had the chance to see it with my own eyes) and the TV is not working, the cable has no matching plug. The real positive experience is with the staff, ready to help at any time of the day or night, their sweetness and politeness. Of course the room is spartan, amenities are from a couple of decades back and the building has its best days way behind, but altogether the whole experience has been incredible, including being attacked by a monkey on the rooftop terrace.

The alleyway leading to the hotel feels a bit scary - but the receptionist reassured me that day-time people are just working there, obviously it's best not to walk there on your own at night. The hotel is in need of renovations/painting
