Some mistake by the staff or a software glitch but one more family got issued the same room as ours , creating a confusion at night but the front desk and duty manager immediately took care of the issue

Had a wonderful stay — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout esp Rishu and Amiya. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

No accommodation for Vegans. You need to have vegan butter and coconut milk options for breakfast as a minimum.

Housekeeping was hit and miss. Somedays they did not clean the washbasin and on the day before check out they did not leave any toilet rolls which finished during the night. The response to certain questions was not always satisfactory. We were not told what they were going to do in response to our question.

The front desk was exemplary and the breakfast buffet was well filled with a lot of variety. The restaurant staff were all very good.

Requested some sandwiches to be packed, as I did not have time for breakfast. Ittook more than 45 minutes and finally I had to leave without it, as I may have missed my train, had I stretched it further, the chef did not take the urgency seriously

Location is a bit of an issue IF you're not in possession of a dedicated transport. The main hub ( Bistupur ), where the best restaurants, shopping strips, parks, cafes or lounges are present, is about 20+ minutes away. Longer during rush Hours. The swimming pool, poolside lounge etc., were closed to guests. In-room dining options are quite limited. Though the property is quite new, it does not look so ! Both the architecture and sophistication levels are a notch or two below TATA standards. Surrounding locality is in great contrast to the hotel / type of guests.

As always, amazing staff and hospitality at another Taj / TATA group property! Housekeeping was excellent ! F&B. Though not exotic, is ample, fresh and delicious. Excellent underground covered parking. Dust free ans secure. All lights, in-room gadgets and wash room apparatus worked without any hitch. Toiletries are wonderful too ! Fast & efficient check-in / check-out. All the people seem very well groomed / trained They are knowledgeable, provide correct information and come across as sincere, honest and unobtrusive.

I got no negative points. Everything was perfect.

We loved staying here. The location was good, many shops nearby, but still not crowded. Our room was quite nice, spacious, offered good street view, and quite reasonably priced. Food was very good, specially their bakery products served during breakfast. The staff behavior was impeccable.

No salon facility was there in the hotel. Which we always find in the taj properties.

More of oily foods were there for the breakfast and little salty food was in spread. And spread was less. Not up to the Taj chain. The location is good.

The swimming pool is very small and serves only aesthetic purposes. The quality of bathroom toiletries could be better.

Big room with all amenities. Large window with good view. Food variety and budget friendly food prices. Multiple dining options - rooftop, buffet, ala carte, in room. Basement parking with ample space. Friendly staff.

We stayed in the Executive Suite on 3rd Floor, which has a private party/Bar room next to it. The parties are very noisy and continue late into the night beyond 11 PM. Impossible to sleep because of the noise. I had to complain to the reception on all days regarding the noise. Suggest that either the party room be closed/shifted or the Executive Suite be discontinued from being offered to guests.

All the staff members including reception, restaurants, house keeping, security are very polite, helpful and courteous. Breakfast spread is good, the south Indian dishes are very well prepared. The ginger lemon masala tea was great. The food is excellent. We tried Indian, Chinese and Continental. All dishes were 5 star and value for money. Sonu the chef is great. Chaina, from house keeping is very efficient. The Executive Suite is huge with a separate Drawing/Dining, well designed spacious room. The bathroom is large with reasonably good amenities. The property is huge with adequate parking.
