Cleanliness was a major issue. I had taken 1 suite room which had a very strong stink. It was quite unbearable. The stink was coming from the bathroom exhaust it seems. Staff tried to clean the bathroom but to no vain. This odour was there all 3 days that we stayed. For the other room as well bathroom cleaning was not done properly

The room is on the smaller side, but that didn't matter very much given the courtyard and kitchen area, and the plethora of amazing things to do in Agra.

Nice clean rooms on a good property with a quiet rooftop courtyard for lounging. The indoor communal area has a kitchen with a fridge for food storage (important for our family with a toddler) and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We took cars or tuktuks everywhere so I'm not sure how comfortably walkable it is to major landmarks.

Fantastic! Great position, very close to Taj, with many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood… Very spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious home-cooked breakfast and incredibly kind and helpful staff.

I loved the place.

The place was awesome, the staff was super helpful and the room was pretty and clean. It was the best decision to stay in this hostel. The staff was great cause they helped us with getting a sim card working on our phones, buying plane tickets, booking us drivers and tuk-tuks and also buying some attraction tickets too.

Nothing, there is nothing else I want from a place to stay, it felt like a home away from home.

We stayed at the Hideout for only one night but this is by far the best place we have stayed on our trip to India. We arrived early and played Holi with the family who own the homestay which was brilliant fun. The family and all the staff are really lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with ac, netflix and a hot shower. There is also free tea, coffee and drinking water available which is great

Its a beautiful homestay in a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the Taj. The room is huge and spotless clean.(We got the suite, which is even much bigger....) there is a terracce to sit outside and a beautiful shared livingroom.But best of all is the breakfast! It was the best we had in India,really! The very friendly owner took his time to talk to us and gave us tips of Agra,so i wish him and his family all the best for his nice homestay!

Fellow guest noise can be bothersome at times.

The location was within walking distance of the Taj Mahal. Comfortable and sizeable rooms. Good hot water and pressure during showers. The staff, including the owner, was prepared to assist and offer advice when needed. The breakfast provided was of good quality. A heater was provided in the room, which was enough to heat it. There was also an outside and inside seating area provided within the property.

This is a place where you feel at home. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful not only with the facilities, but with transport and tour services. They made us happy every day and we really enjoyed our stay there, this was an experience that I would recommend to everyone.

Nothing and absolutely nothing

Everything , getting such reliable guidance from the owner, who became more like a friend, was more than what I could have expected. So tastefully decorated interiors, well maintained services... I would definitely come back again...
