IndiaFood, the management was poor for the food ordering, they have a standard app on which we need to order online but the issue is the Cafe is on 1st floor & Kitchen is somewhere at bottom so many time the food travel from kitchen to cafe become cold especially tea. so they need to shift the cafe or Kitchen on same floor. They should add Non Veg item in the menu at leash egg items.
Location was extremely beautiful, bit offbeat area but most spectacular location, Rooms were awesome & bathroom was big enough.

IndiaAll the staff members were humble except for one guy named Anshul, his behavior and gesture as a management person was very unsatisfactory, besides that on a serious issue during our stay, he argued with us for 1/2 an hour instead of providing a real time solution. I have a pleasant experience in Hosteller in all my previous stays except this time when my morning was disturbed.
Location is serene and the property is also very clean.

IndiaAs it's a brand new property, opened just 2 days before our check-in, few facilities were missing. But we are sure that it will all be up to the mark with the time.
A warm welcome, user friendly check-in process, the hospitality and the friendly behavior of the staff was exceptionally good. Rahul (Manager) went beyond his KRA's to provide extra comfort to his guests.
