To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our second stay at the Leela Palace and the standard is very high. The location is approx 20 mins away from the centre of Delhi in a Tuktuk - also no other options for dinner walking distance from the hotel, but excellent stay for 2 nights.

GermanyWe had a wonderful stay at the best hotel in New Delhi, the Leela Palace. The staff was very friendly and offered us a complimentary transfer to and from the airport. Upon our arrival, we were able to check in at 7 am, with no extra cost. The staff was very professional and helpful, and they assisted us with every question we had. Additionally, they offered a complimentary laundry service and much more. It was definitely one of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever experienced. Thank you, Leela Palace, and hopefully, I will see you again soon.
