FranceHonestly, all my friends and myself spent a very beautiful stay in your hotel. I come every year to Gujarat and spend one or two days visiting Ahmedabad. I can assure you that I kept the contact of this hotel and the names of the so kind and helpful team.
This hotel was more comfortable than expected. The staff (frontdesk, luggage, taxi service) was really nice, helpful. The lady at the Reception desk was very efficient, helpful, so nice. We did appreciate the help of Nirali who made our day in Ahmedabad just great. She found at the last minute 2 taxi drivers to show us around the down, she stayed connected to us all day long to make sure that everything was going well.

IndiaI thought deeply and found that there was no such point. You are doing great...and the hotel can have your own fleet of cars to take the visitors round the city or as required by tying up with some Ola guys.....
The morning breakfast buffet was great with lot of variety one could eat. The front desk staff Ms. Shraddha and Ms. Kirti and the boys really helped me to check in and check out easily. Mr. Anurag Mishra treated me very well during the breakfast session. Good food and tasty. The housekeeping staff were very supportive. Overall a good experience. My next visit I would prefer staying in thie property than anywhere else in Ahmedabad. I stay in the Fern across the country and it suits to me requirements.
