Breakfast was great so was the dinner. Location is clearly a winner. An easy stroll for 3km leads you to the landmark Shimla Church. Very friendly staff. Right from the door to all the people . Extremely courteous.

Overall great experience with some very efficient and friendly staff

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were also so kind. When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.

The heritage interiors

Rooms are outdated and not worth the money. The bathrooms are very small. Especially the shower The overall technology experience feels back-dated now Food is very expensive. Quote a service lag. Very poor irons in the room

Cleanliness and helpful staff. Other facilites, such as gym, activity room etc were also very good.

The hotel is a little distance away from the Mall and walking is not easy. A complimentary hotel shuttle every two hours to the Mall road lift area would be great

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay! A special mention to chef Rajeev, whose culinary creations were both exquisite and comforting. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with a perfect balance of flavor and presentation. The serving team - Nikhil(Dinner) and Harsh(Breakfast) were equally commendable — courteous, prompt, and always with a smile. Their care truly elevated the entire dining experience. A heartfelt thank you for making our visit so memorable!

The food was very delicious as usual, mostly, we had dinner in the hotel itself. And the breakfast was out of this world. Chef Rajkumar was so generous. Each time he would come to our table and ask whether we need any changes in the food preferences, and overall, the staff was very cooperative and very much wanting to help us in all respects.

Food was fresh and delicious, and the sites are chosen. The staff in the restaurant. Meera tried local Himachal Lee food, which we really liked.

We usually had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was too good.

Chef Rajkumar was so generous and has been asking about the food quality any recommended some Himachal dishes, we really liked it besides a regular hotel menu
