Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

However the maintenance of the rooms was not as great as we would have liked them to be as we did find some bugs in the corners of the room. The hot water was sometimes not available. It is because in a centralised system, sometimes one has to ask them to switch on the central boiler and then one could get hot water after 10 minutes or so. This can definitely be improved.
The hotel is well located and specially we chose this one since it was within a couple of Km from the workplace. The hotel rooms are nice and most things in the room worked except the TV ( but we didn't bother about it as we were on a business trip ). The breakfast was pretty decent with some varieties, however we would have liked some more options from the fruits category.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in… Orion Plaza Nehru Placer he is the one who made my Stay such amazing & Comfortable… All staffs service everything was amazing & must visit . Food was also too good …. Staff Make you feel like Home ….. Must visit hotel.

The Orion Plaza is great with a lot of nice clean rooms being offered. Provided great service making your stay and move in easy. Food menu is very good. Friendly staff by putting cleanliness and high-quality services.

The plush rooms and modern amenities at The Orion Plaza provided the perfect retreat after a day in Nehru Place. The serene atmosphere and courteous service were impressive!

Booking.com advertises 20% off on beverages and food purchased in the hotel, but that was not given to us. We were also a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, although the room description said there was supposed to be one.
As a family with 2 small children, we enjoyed staying in the family suit. We especially appreciated the size of the suit and the 2 double beds in it. Room was clean and safe for children. The hotel is 5 min walk from the Nehru Enclace metro station, with metro going directly to the airport.

The restaurant food is sub standard, needs quality check and improvement.
Well maintained rooms. The staff is prompt and helpful. All essential amenities are available in the room and if required, the reception is very helpful in providing for any extra requirement.

It was a pleasant stay, The staff, Waseem and Ankur, were really helpful throughout our stay for all our needs. Smooth Checkin, clean rooms, and convenient location. One of the best rooms to stay in Delhi NCR.

Didn’t like that the A/c wasn't working properly in the room there was no mini fridge given the tariff for one night, the food could be better at the property also cleanliness of the washroom and beds needs to be improved , rest all is good. Very comfortable and pleasant experience
