Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Staff attitude right from the reception to the Room boys, needs a overhuauling. Reception is better nowadays, there are a couple of room boys who are alaways asking for tips , not in a pleasant way. One of them is a squint eyed person, please remove from your hotel immediately so that your ratings doesnt go further down. Best wishes to you all and I still will remain your loyal customer .
The rooms are nice. Location is good.

Despite having booking and arrangements over the phone about early check they refused to give me any room because hotel was fully booked. So i had to wait 3 hours just for someone to check out and get my room.

Room was clumsy and suffocating. Indifferent to customers dislike or delight. Bathroom issues could not be resolved even after flagging multiple times. You have to ask for hand towels and bath towels multiple times and they will provide hand towel and glass one per room not equal to number of persons in the room. Do not have a stand for putting your tooth brush and dental creams. You have to manager some where. Parking provisioning is there, which is used for marketing purpose, but never available for your hired taxi even. Completely indifferent to any concession against my one day preponement of checkout. Even booking.com is not there to listen.
Location is good. Parking provision ( but may not be available). Vicarious feeling that you are staying in a starred hotel. To avoid plastic bottle, RO water supply in glass made bottles. Tissue papers to avoid use of water each time.

Room smells like mold and undried clothes. As you open the door, a strong gush of this face all over your face. And all your clothes smell the same after the first night. May be because there was not enough ventilation. Somebody with issues like sinusitis or asthma could not stay here.
Location, Design, Decoration, Staff were all great.

Iron facility- we got broken iron.after.long chasing. For any official trip where we are in urgent need of something, this won't be good . Else okay. Rooms are gud but not ventilated.
Location is the plus point and also food is gud.

The room was okay, but it looks like they are doing a lot of remodeling. A lot of of hammering during our stay. People being very loud in the hallways at night. The hotel should have guidelines and make sure guests respect quiet hours at night.
Good location in Green Park. Nice breakfast. The restaurant at the bottom is quite nice.

It was good that the hotel upgraded me to a better room because I was appalled to see that the other rooms were without windows. It would have been so claustrophobic. The bathroom in my room was tiny and used to flood after taking bath. Towels were worn out. No rail or hooks for clothes in the bathroom. There is no handwash station at the restaurant. The place is certainly not the value for money they charged.
Location of the hotel was good for my work. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The cleanliness was good. Breakfast was good.

Staffs are not well trained specially the reception guy, very rude and doesn’t response properly, manager uncle was good. Bathroom was terrible coz the water was coming inside room, room service is super slow had to call multiple times, even the restaurant staffs doesn’t response properly, food was not served properly.
