The food options could have been better specially desserts. The in house spa definitely needs renovation with a steam room. Also change of spa vendor would be recommended the girls were below avegare in the massage.

The food is worse than mediocre. The hotel seems to deal mainly with groups and does not appear to have the resources to handle individual requests.

    The garden cottage was great.

the lack of comfort level in makindg bookings for the SAFARI is horrendously stressful and the level of assistance could be improved for guests by a little more effort from the staff . i say this undertsanding that the methods of reservation for these safaris has changed over our last visits 10 yeasrs ago-wher everything was so well organised by the hotel itself with little discomfort to the guests.

The retention of the old world ambiance while making this a 5 start luxury resort

direct booking with hotel would have been significantly cheaper and inclusive of meals. Booking.com overcharged

The ambience of the property and hospitality of the staff was very good.

We had booked an upgraded suite room. Upon arrival we found that it looked nothing at all like the pictures and description (layout, furnishings, etc.). We were subsequently shown a room (of the type we booked) and while the layout was as in the picture the standard and furnishings were nothing like the picture. So, we had high expectation(s) coming in which made us disappointed with the actual. Staff did show some sympathy.

The hotel had a very pleasant setting. Very nice and pleasant to sit on veranda and have a dink and watch sun set (and big bats come out)

Wifi is only available in the common area near reception & doesn't extend to the rooms. Not a massive problem but worth noting.

Staff are friendly & Attentive. Rooms were Clean & Comfortable. Location is good for tiger safari ;-)

Having stayed in Taj's before, this came below par for service and facilities. The pool area was incredibly worn down and not maintained at all. Our shower flooded the entire bathroom and the fridge did not work. The food was below average when compared to other Taj resorts. The staff are nice and friendly but not exceptional. This is not what I would expect when paying £93 a night.

Despite the booking.com website saying meals were not included, the package is a full board package which makes it more affordable. Excellent location and near the national park.

The rooms were old, the AC were split AC's, it was like a government place. The staff was was laid back. Nothing to do in the hotel at all. Very small property. The swimming pool was very small and no proper changing rooms along with it. I would suggest to avoid it at this cost.

The Hotel manager was the only good thing about the hotel.
