Nothing at all really was resentful! ... except the summer!

The staff made all the difference! Shushma was very helpful and made extra effort to make us comfortable in-spite of our late arrival! Dinner was delightful ... À la carte ... couldn't have enjoyed veg food any better!

Very good property ... rooms were well laid out and staff at reception, room service and restaurant we extremely courteous! Sushma at reception was especially helpfull and made the check in process a breeze! Checkout was super smooth too! The food at the restaurant was delicious!

The property needs a mid-life upgrade since lot of panels all around the property were broken/coming off.

The hotel facilities was not maintain very well but was a good stay around the area.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Overall the stay was good and cleaner & better room I get for my second time staying here.

The reception area gives a good vibe. Looked clean and gave us high hopes which quickly diminished once we got yo our room. It was a terrible stay from start to end. The lady at the reception didn’t even bother to greet us and just told us that we didn’t have a reservation. The checkin experience was very unpleasant. They avoided answering questions about our driver’s accommodation. After asking multiple times, before (days ahead) and after checkin, we finally got tired of waiting. The place needs a major revamp. Most lights didn’t work, there was no hot or warm water for shower, balcony roof was in shambles, fan didn’t function (we went in June!!!), the list goes on and on.

Initially it gives a very nice, resort type vibe. You hear the birds, seems very peaceful.

The room were small comparatively. The restaurant service for dinner was pathetic with very limited options and the service was slow. The waiter did not hesitate for rejecting the order stating it will be difficult to cater the item is complicated and takes time.

The place was decent. However, there was limited activities which were avaiable during the stay.

Worst experience ever. AC was not working. Worst stay. That to i booked the most premium room they have but AC was not working. After 3-4 hours also nothing happened.

But they need 2X the staff to maintain it. The management is just not keen to upgrade or maintain the services built. 1)There will be hardly 1 person to pick up your luggage so when wr were checking in it was a mess as lot of multiple checkin and check outs and one person cant handle stuff. Also the elevator built is closed from couple of months so mind it u need to climb stairs 2) Restaurant has very very limited staffs thus ordering one item (even roti) will take good 1 hour. Thus we ended up going to City to eat than wait for an hour or 2. 3)first place I saw which serves Breakfast only post 9 am, and same Menu on all days (except for 1 item change) 4) if there is a wedding/Function dont ever go there as they wont serve you anything apart from The Function menu. You just dont have a choice 5) kids play room is in a mess and stinking, we went there as there was a kids area but really disappointed. 6) Room cleaning will take 3-4 hrs as its the same staff who does other work. 7) Pool towels are hardly there, and inspite of telling them multiple times to start Music at Pool area they wont. And when no one is present in Pool the music will always be on. 8) There is no Card room, its changed into office. Take 1-2k more per night but provide guests some decent and basic services, this way you should definitely make guests happy and make money and also good reviews and publicity.

The place was built with a good intention like pool, Gym, Library, Dico, theatre, restaurant etc. The place is huge with a Temple too. 5-7 mins drive To the main National highway. Clean outside near the Villas.

Not worth the price. Room is too cramp. There is horrible sound coming uo from some machines fitted above the room. No remote for AC. AC was working intermittently. No water firce in bathroom... It was nit thoroughly cleaned.... So, i will avoid going the again

Staff is not aware of what is Jain food. They served non-jain pizza to jain person. This is not acceptable.

Some things were only fixed at limited schedule time and wer not able to explore due to shortage of time. Also every xtra activity should not be charged.

Property, food was fab and neat and clean environment. Very photogenic place to click for some insta pics. Comfort with all amenities.

Size of Rooms. Hospitality of staff. No event in weekend by management. Charges are too high as per room size and amenities. Not enough flotter for swimming pool.
