We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff was really supportive. Kalyani madam and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. They listened to all the queries/problems and did their best to resolve them. There is no restaurant in the premises, but they arranged for breakfast.

IndiaNo microwave and no cleaning ware such as dish washing liquid and a scrubber. However the staff provided an electric kettle for hot water that served the most purposes. Although facility was almost brand new but its location was not developed yet. The immediate feeling was not good, it's almost like in the middle of a slum area with no proper roads or greenery around the building. Also lots of shanty huts nearby don't give a good feeling about the location.
The apartment was well maintained and clean by all standards. The staff were very cooperative.
