Spacious room. Clean and tidy. Gym is good. Service is excellent (especially Fadi). Negatives is when you check out they inform you of almost $60US of fees for use of their coffee machine. This was not communicated before we consumed the coffee. Note coffee was from a machine where you press 1 button to make a cappuccino and was very average at best. Not worth paying $4 for each cup of coffee. Also each time you enter your room you get this funny smell. Finally you are very close to speakers for the mosque/s so be prepared to be awaken by the prayer sounds.

Everything is so clean, and you can feel a good smell everywhere. In the room you have a kitchen utility and a mini stove that are really useful. We really enjoy staying there. The staff are so polite and the design of the room is so beautiful

This hotel is absolutely excellent! The sound insulation in the rooms is outstanding, unlike many other hotels. It is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I liked with my family everything in this place, it was really one of our few best places that we had stayed at while traveling to different countries. I believe the property management have done super great job here and considered every single detail to make sure the gusts’ experiences are unforgettable and up to the mark. Simply we liked everything…Staff positive behavior, attitude and energy, cleanliness, decoration, lighting, attention to details, comfort on all levels, wonderful location, value for money.

Breakfast should have been included in the price. After all, the breakfast offered rather limited choices. The location is good, but little far from the the "rest of the city".

Polite and professional young staff who know their job well. Professional manager who showed both professionally and efficiency in dealing with an issue which happened. Pleasant lobby atmosphere, even though the lobby is very small. Clean and tidy.

Very nice service staff and everything, breakfast is a buffet but there will still be a cordial greeting, similar to a restaurant experience. The facilities in the room are complete, and the price/performance ratio in Erbil's hotels is extremely good.

This hotel is a gem in Erbil. The service is impeccable, with all staff (reception, cleaning, kitchen) being extremely polite and helpful. They all made sure I had a fantastic stay and were open and positive about all of my requests. All facilities are clean and functional, including a fully equipped gym upstairs that also gives you a wonderful view of Ankawa. Rooms are comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything needed for short and/or long stays. For the price, it's very good value for money, as you get many benefits for a fair price.
