I wish that we had an iron available, but other than that, everything was great.

The hotel had a modern, clean asthetic with a great vibe. Check-in was hassle-free with just a code. Having a fridge was a nice touch, not always found in other hotels.

The TV didn’t work - it only had three working channels all of which were UK tv channels - weird I wanted to watch some Icelandic TV Also could of done with an extra pillow

Lovely sized room ! Really comfortable and contemporary! Had mini fridge kettle and coffee machine and a sofa and plenty of room for clothes and baggage !! Easy check in and easy to find! Amazing value for money

The hotel is above some shops and next to a building site and it was quite noisy through the night and in the mornings. Floors were not cleaned really well.

Mattress was soft. Plenty of parking on nearby streets.

Although the location is not within walking distance from the city centre, it's conveniently located near motorways and restaurants. However, the bathroom door was heavy and difficult to open or close.

Overall, the room was great and equipped with everything we needed. It was not overly spacious but it was exactly what we expected for the price we paid. We were able to sleep, have fun, and explore the amazing country of Iceland. the amazing country of Iceland.

Couldn't get into our room at 2am and had to phone Alva. They sent us to another room which was only a double instead of a family room. Were sent to our original room. A bit irritating at that time of the night

- during my 4-night stay, there was NO cleaning at ALL. There is no reception, so I had to contact the property via booking.com asking to at least remove the garbage bag… - location is not good if you are not renting a car. It’s far from the city center

We didn't have wardrobe, or storage place for our belongings, but as we only stayed 4 nights,it wasn't a huge problem.

I was a little bit strange not to have any staff in the hotel,however they responded our queries immediately via email.

The room never got super warm but with the cozy comforters it was okay. Towels were a tad thin. It’s a little outside the downtown area but accessible!

Easy check-in, nice mattress, modern fixtures. It was nice having a kettle and fridge, too! Super hands-off experience but it was a great landing spot.
