One of the neighbours (I think also tourists) had left all their bicycles (three) and luggage in the corridor which made taking our luggage to the apartment a bit tricky. Not a problem caused by the hosts but not ideal

Location was good for eateries but difficult to find parking very close to the apartment. We dropped off the luggage first and then scouted around for parking.

Property was in a great location to the centre of Reykjavik. The flat was modern, all the essentials for self catering and very well presented. Would definitely recommend to anyone who was heading for Reykjavik.

The studio is surprising large and well appointed. In a quiet area of town, it is just over 15.minutes walk back to the Centre. The studio was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The host was super responsive, flexible with check-in and helpful with other things like access to the laundry room. While the neighbourhood is not the cutest of Reykjavik, it feels safe and convenient with two grocery stores couple of blocks away. We would recommend without hesitation with special thanks to Thorgeir! P.S. We had a very good meal in the restaurant across the street, Potturinn Og Pannan

We stayed two nights here on late November and made a very last minute reservation on the same day. But very satisfied with our decision. Location: it is not in the middle of the city but it is great because it has ample free parkings outside the building. It is very convenient for us to load and unload our big luggages and the building has a lift. We drove to the city and park few hours when sightseeing. It's a walkable distance but during winter it was just too cold for us. It has eateries and a Bonus supermarket next door. Owner/manager: fast response. We communicate through this app and get fast prompt response. Though we booked few hours before check in, the apartment is ready, clean and self check in instruction is clear and easy to understand, easy to access. The locals living there are also nice and friendly. Facilities: washer and dryer available in common space. However we can't comment on details because we didn't use it. We just dry our small items in the house on the heated drying racks. Kitchen facilities are good, managed to cook with ease and the owner also left some basic seasonings and maybe items from previous guests. I like that they didn't throw away perfectly good items. We're able to use it as well.👍 The apartment is cozy and homely. Would stay again for future visit and stayed even longer. Very comfortable, feel safe and in summer maybe we can use the big terrace. The owner cares about the details because the plates and bowls and the vases are the nice ones.

The bathroom sink to up the whole counter space

Location to city center was a short walk and several amazing restaurants. I wish we would have had a chance to stay longer as the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped :) the apartment was spacious and the welcome cookies made us feel at home!

Maybe some more details on parking - we parked slightly away and werent sure on parking regulations. But this is a minor point.

Very responsive host! Left Oreo cookies - which the kids loved!! All the key amenities were there. Will definitely choose this place for return.

It ticked in all the boxes for my wife and I. The apartment is in good size for 2 people, it could do well for a 4 man family For 2 couples it might be crowded Location : perfect for us Bed : Hard/medium mattress. Everything you need is in the apartment. Tableware, glasses and etc.... When communicating with the staff through booking.com chat was outstanding. I recommend this place.

The host was really nice and answered questions quickly. Super responsive. The apt is very clean and spacious. Supermarket and restaurants located nearby. Walking distance. Balcony is nice. The TV had netflix. I didnt check the other streaming services.
