I never saw a staff member the entire time I was at the hotel (4 days), and so there was no-one to ask about getting more toilet paper or paper towels (we ran out of both by the end of our stay). So we just purchased what we needed at the local market.

The checkin was very well organized despite no-one being at the desk; it was easy to use the code for the door and retrieve the key to the unit from the lockbox. The apartment had all the kitchen items we needed, and was clean and the heat and hot water worked well (this is very important in Iceland!).

I was in a basement studio and the window doubled as the fire escape. The window was not well fitted and there was a constant draft. There is no proper recycling. You are instructed to put all rubbish into a green bin at the back of the building. This seems very poor.

I have stayed here before. It is fairly basic e.g. there is a hob but no oven and the range of kitchen equipment is quite limited e.g. no pasta bowls, however, the location is excellent, not only for shops and restaurants but also pick up/drop off for Fly Bus.

There were constructions nearby and the noise was really loud in the morning and afternoon. They didn't clean once in 5 days.

Location was very good, 10 min walk till the city center. Bed was confortable and it was clean.

Very strict on check-in time. It's 4pm is 4pm. Even we already at the hotel by 3pm, if we want to check-in early we have to pay 4000 ISK.

Our room was on ground floor and at front of building so could hear ppl passing. I would have liked black out blinds as I’m a light sleeper but that’s personal preference.

Everything was easy and stress free! Clear instructions in advance of arrival so had door code and info to get the key to room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we did not use them, there were washing facilities in basement. It has everything travellers would need.

Little bit too small and this smell when you are taking shower. Not even one tea bag or tsp of coffee to start . We bought are own and meant to leave like we usually do but not this time 🙂

We had problems with the tap of the bathroom sink, only boiling hot water coming out the first night and leakage. The morning after this was fixed but in the evening the issue was there again.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was cosy, clean and big enough. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the kind sfaff. I would recommend it for a short staying.

Nothing really maybe once the sofa bed was out it was a bit squashed but we had studio booked so can’t complain and rooms got very hot at night but better thank being cold overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone

The WiFi was either not working or was at a low bandwidth

The response and support from the Host was excellent, the access to the apartment was easier, the location was prominent (Bust Stops, Super stores and many restaurants within 300 to 400 mtrs. of the apartment), the rooms were comfortable and all the required facilities such as linen, kitchen & bathroom utilities etc. were adequately available.

During our stay the heating was not working correctly as despite turning ours off on the top floor we came back to a sauna every night and had to sleep with windows open and it was still too hot and also the TV was not working for the whole trip.

The location was perfect for accessing the coty as it is just down from the bus terminal and the restaurants and food shops.
