Everything was perfect.

Located in a convenient & cute town, close to golden circle activities. Nicely decorated hotel. Close to several restaurants: Ethiopian, Chinese & garden restart.

I can't think of anything except there was no Kleenex in the room.

It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was welcoming. The dinner was delicious! Hot tubs were a bonus!!>

Our bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Minor maintenance issue that we reported to staff. So assuming it was fixed, just a minor issue.

The restaurant was quite good. The staff were also excellent, especially the young server from Poland (forgot to ask her name). She was a delight and a hard worker. Nice to see nowadays.

The smell of the bathroom was intense

Rooms where super nice and comfortable. Tv could connect to your Netflix account so a great way to chill after a long day exploring

We were amused by the special mop for sweeping water in the bathroom, which quickly accumulated when taking a shower. It was funny, but it didn’t really bother us.

- Almost nothing to say. This is a real gem. - One of the ladies at the reception wasn’t too friendly, but maybe she wasn’t in a mood that day))

- Nice new hotel with Scandinavian style design and decor. Very clean - Big and comfortable rooms with big panoramic window and small outdoor patio. - Very good breakfast - Free parking near the hotel - Nice restaurant at the hotel. We enjoyed a dinner. Especially prawn pasta! - They have nice outdoor Private area with 2 hot water jacuzzis. We really enjoyed our relax there after a long day.

What hotel could think of is having connecting rooms or at least locating families door-to-door. Kids were located separately from us three rooms down the corridor and ended up getting lost late evening looking for parents, despite all the instructions.

Great hotel, very conveniently located for those closing Golden Circle loop on the way forward to discovering Iceland. Close to secret lagoon, but independently - hotel has hot tube fascilities. What was a nice surprise is great restaurant, which offers fresh localities as well as more 'standard' European menu, also serving nice breakfast in the morning, which was free for the kids. Recommended!

Restaurant was closing too early, but we were able to order drinks from the bar. Some spider nets were not cleaned both inside and outside the rooms.

This is a really nice hotel with perfect location for visiting the nature baths (Secret Lagoon) that are just a kilometer away (the visit is a must). We were welcomed kindly and our rooms were close to each other as requested. The hotel has a nice garden, which is directly accessible from each room through a separate door. The two jacuzzi with hot natural water were great for relaxation after a full day of sightseeing.

One thing--my spouse and I wish the blackout curtains were a little more effective during the summer months. It stayed light enough to read in the room, so an eye mask was necessary if you are sensitive to light while you sleep.

The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day, as were the cocktails during happy hour.

However, there were a couple of things that made our stay less comfortable: The room didn’t have blackout curtains, which made it hard to sleep during the white nights. There were small bugs in the room that bit us during the night.

If the signage also included the word hotel and we had known that registration was in the restaurant.

The restaurant accommodated us even though we arrived close to closing time. Everything went well, no complaints.
